The Staff was extremely nice, The hotel is beautifuk with great view of the lake, Onsen was very nice, Dinner was amazing, Breakfast was very good. Location is very good.

Modern, rather big room. Clean and overall well maintained, also the bathroom. Nice public bath as well. Very friendly and attentive staff. The stay was very pleasant, there were no issues for us, a very enjoyable hotel.
The area is close to Nakajimakoen station. But if you don’t want to take the metro all the time, the walk to Susukino and Odori takes some time (fine if the weather is good, its not very far) which could be not so nice if its too hot or cold. The location is still good though!

When I late to arrived front desk lady very nice to contact parking man to open space to park it’s was full.
The lady’s onsen only have two dry hairs. If possible please add more so don’t be to wait.
