Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmern waren schön, der Tisch war zum Abendessen bedeckt, schöne Aussicht von der Dachterrasse.
Bad war unbequem und sollte renoviert werden. Der Terrassenboden war teilweise kaputt, Terrassenmöbel auch.

Nice house with plenty of space and fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable for 4 people. Nice outdoor area. Wifi was good. Well located and close to amenities, big tescos is a 15 min walk away. Coffee machine in the kitchen was a plus
The downstairs had a damp smell that was hard to ignore, especially in the living room area. The property advertises a free private parking spot but it is just street parking, no reserved spot (which is fine as there is always space but not exactly as advertised). Also since it was advertised like this I did not remove points in the review but I would invest in a shower curtain for the bathtub and a shower holder. Taking a shower is quite awkward in the current configuration.
Also I'm sure it was our fault but the floor seemed constantly dirty and I am not sure why. If the floor easily gets dirty I would consider providing slippers for guests.

Loft cinema room/play room and spaciousness
There are no pillow or mattresses protectors which I would like to see for hygiene purposes in a properly letted out. Also a number of repairs/refurbishments are needed such as a new bath panel and broken spindle.

Pembroke Dock is a good base for exploring Pembrokeshire.
We felt that the house used to look like the photos advertised but has been used for letting for a number of years and has become run down and in need of a good clean and update.
Our key issues were:
Cleanliness - a superficial first look made us pleased on arrival, but we were quickly disappointed when we started using the facilities. Insufficient cleaning equipment meant we had to go and buy cleaning products, and the hoover was unusable.
Suitability of the outdoor areas - the patio areas were up very steep steps with an unusable hand rail. These areas were neglected and dirty. It was difficult to clean up after our dogs. The bbq was rusty and unusable. The patio areas were not appealing for an evening drink in the lovely weather as we had hoped for and was a primary reason why we chose this house.
Not feeling safe with the front door - It was closed and the latch caught but we couldn't lock it.
Poor wifi
Bath panel fell off everytime it was touched
Blood on the staircase wall
Broken spindle on staircase
Staining on sofa and chairs
Disgusting toilet brush
And so many more ...
NOT CURRENTLY VALUE FOR MONEY BUT HAS POTENTIAL TO BE IF CLEANING AND UPDSTING IS COM PLETED!
