Located in Saint George Island, this attractive condo for $285 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. At this remodeled Gulf front condo on St. George Island, you will enjoy your vacation with SGI's top rated beach literally out your back door. Gorgeous white sand beaches, warm waters, and a laid back island atmosphere await you. Newly furnished with fabulous picture windows and sliders in the living spaces, Island Club 3 is light and bright and reminds you you're at the beach at every turn. We know you will love it as much as we do! From the minute you enter our unit you have unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. The living area offers an open concept floor plan including the kitchen with a breakfast bar, dining table, and living room. The master bedroom is spacious with an en suite bathroom, king size bed, reading nook, desk space, dresser, closet, and sliding glass door out to the deck. The second bedroom has two brand-new twin beds, TV, dresser and closet with the hallway full bath just steps away. Island Club 3 has a modern kitchen complete with all you could possibly need to cook and serve your local catch, new and comfortable furniture (including the beds), smart televisions and much more. Outside you will enjoy the spacious, partially covered deck from your first sip of morning coffee watching the sunrise to your evening nightcap while star gazing. There is outdoor seating for dining, sunbathing, or just relaxing to the sound of the waves. The view overlooking the beach and Gulf is spectacular. Just steps from the sand, IC3 makes being a beach bum easy for you – you can even oversee the kids playing on the beach from the deck and watch for dolphins at the same time – but there is plenty more to do on St. George Island to make your vacation even more perfect. Stick with the water and spend some time fishing from the beach (or plan a day trip out on the Gulf), boating, kayaking, canoeing or paddleboarding. Rentals and charters are available on the island. If you prefer to stay on land you can go hiking, biking, nature and bird watching. A relaxing walk counts as exercise, just choose right or left and off you go (don’t forget your dog!). The pristine state park on St. George is also great choice. If shopping or seeing the sights is your thing, peruse great shops and the lighthouse on the island or go across the bay to historic Apalachicola. We have stayed in this apartment many times. It is the perfect place for a couple or small family. We enjoy being right on the beach, and close to town for picking up essentials, like more ice cream! We spent as much time as we could sitting on the deck watching the waves.
Jenny (the manager) and Martin (the owner) could not be more helpful and thoughtful. They are a pleasure to communicate with.
We had no issues with the property but are headed home ahead of the storm. We'll be back!

Just a few short steps to the beach!! The balcony was a great size, we enjoyed sitting and listening to the crashing waves. Jenny was so nice and called to make sure everything was ok !! Can’t wait to go back 😎

Jenny was the best! Sunrises from this unit are spectacular! Super high-tech washer and dryer. Kitchen had enough dinnerware, flatware and glasses to feed 8-10 people (not that we tried! It was just me, my hubby, our two big dogs, and my stepson came for two days). We were supplied with enough paper towels, dish soap, DW pods, TP and bath soap. I brought all that stuff because most houses don’t supply enough. A/C worked great! Nice sheets on the beds. Powerful ceiling fans. There were a couple of small things I needed in the kitchen, but couldn’t find: a tea strainer and a funnel. Can’t complain about that! We loved that it was so close to the beach! Overall great experience!

A very family friendly beach, good for children and pets. The house is right on the beach and the view is excellent. The place needs some tlc, especially the bathrooms, which are tiny and a little grungy. The floors all over could use a good cleaning. The water pressure drops suddenly, not sure why. The lone beach umbrella provided is broken but usable. Other than that everything was excellent. The beach is the best part. Nice place to getaway and do nothing but enjoy the sea and the beach. Saw pods of dolphins everyday. Not a shelling beach but beautiful to splash around in. There is a sandbar just a short swim away. The small town has all the things you might need for rental, golf carts, kayaks, bicycles, jet skis, etc. There are plenty of places to eat, some touristy shopping and other amenities. All in all a beautiful beach getaway.

This condo is decorated in cute beach style plus provides nice supply of cleaning products, storage products, ample dishware and glassware. The best surprise was finding binnoculars to use while sitting on the porch searching for dolphins in the Gulf! Loved my stay and will be back.

We have been visiting St. George for over 30 years and Island Club 3 is our favorite condo. Beach vibes surround you as soon as you walk into to this delightfully decorated condo. The condo is clean, bright, and provides everything needed from beach towels, cooking supplies, and comfortable deck furniture. We spent many hours reading, listening to the waves, and dolphin watching-a perfect deck for lazy days!
Many, many thanks to Jenny, the property manager. Jenny is a treasure to work with. She makes everything easy when planning and reserving this rental. Jenny always remembers us and welcomes us back making us feel more like friends than renters.

I’ll just add to the choir of praise. My family (husband and two teenagers) had the most incredible spring break week at Island Club #3. The condo is lovely and very well-stocked. We spent hours on the deck just taking in the ocean views. The location is absolutely perfect - steps from the beach, majestic sunrise views, easy bike ride or walk into town. This was our first visit to SGI after 20 years of vacationing elsewhere on the panhandle, and we fell in love hard! We are already looking at dates next year to return. Special thanks to Jenny for making sure that everything was perfect (it was!). We really can’t recommend this place highly enough!

The view is what it's about in Florida, and the view here will not disappoint! The deck was spacious, the kitchen well stocked, just a comfortable place to stay in an area we visit often. Great communication with the host, very nice and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Great beachfront location within easy biking and walking distance of town. Bike and pedestrian trail that runs most of the length of island just one block away. Views and sounds of ocean from kitchen sink, stove, dining table, living room and main bedroom. Awesome partially shaded balcony with table that seats four. Can watch sunrise and get a sense of the sunsets from that balcony. Property includes all basics one needs for cooking meals.

We enjoyed our stay on St. George Island. The location of this unit was amazing, you can hear the waves and the beach is at your doorstep. The deck is perfect to enjoy coffee and watch the sun rise. The unit is dog friendly with a gate on the deck. We would stay here again if visiting SGI.

Directly on the beach, we had the best view every day. Really great viewing deck , gated for our dog Elsa was a bonus.
Easy and fast to get to the town center Piggly Wiggly to grab some milk or groceries.
Host was quick to help and reply to inquiries. The entire process was smooth and seamless. Wonderful neighbors and super dog friendly area. So many people to meet on morning and evening dog walks on the beach.

Perfect location for great access to the beach. Unobstructed ocean views from the living room and deck. The property manager could not have been more helpful prior to booking and prior to check in. We had a great week on the island.

Island Club #3 is a perfect spot for a couple or small family. The space is open and bright. The kitchen is renovated and very well stocked. The unit is right on the beach with sunrise and sunset right there. There is good outdoor furniture on the deck for early morning coffee and lots of book reading and beach watching. We will be back!

We have been coming to St. George for years and this has been our favorite trip, mainly because of this wonderful space. It is hard to find a small space to rent on the beach for a family of four. Most houses fit 10 or more and exceed our price range. This space was perfectly sized, wonderful location, beautifully decorated and down right wonderful!!!

I love the beach. It ls just so relaxing to sit under an umbrella and swim in the water. My dog loves to chase the crabs. It's my happy place.

it's simple and all you need if you enjoy time on the beach. you can even walk down the beach in to town if you need groceries. depending on how fast you walk/run. 20 minutes one way.

Photos Don't Compare
The pictures don't do it justice! It is a very roomy 2/2 in a 4 unit building and is pet friendly. The walk to the beach is very short and the views from the living room and master bedroom were all sand, water and sunshine! Cleanliness was good. Only minor complaint would be the water pressure in the showers! This unit is well-stocked with everything you need. There was dish detertergent, tabs for machine, sponge, dish cloths, hand soap, garbage bags and even lysol and febreze. Make sure you buy ice as the ice machine cannot keep up with the demands of the hot summer days. Would definitely stay here again!

Always a fantastic place!
I am a repeat visitor to Island Club #3 and absolutely love it. It is exactly the right size for two people, very modern and clean, and an excellent location. Property management is excellent and very responsive to needs. I am very grateful to the new owners who honored my reservation after purchasing the property about a month before my arrival. That speaks volumes for their character and is much appreciated. Enjoy this home for me until I can get back down there!

We loved our time here at this condo. It looks like the pictures. The views were beautiful. It was wonderful to sit in the deck late at night and listen to the ocean. Jenny Turner was amazing to work with. She made checking in and out super easy. We look forward to staying here again. We’re already at looking to book for next year!

Another great visit
Stayed here before. Just as excellent as ever. Right on the beach with all amenities. Kitchen has all the dishes needed, beach towels were provided. However bring your own beach chairs. The property changed owners a week before our arrival, but Jenny, the property manager, did everything to try to make the change seemless. We had to get a refund and rebook the property and in the end the cost was slightly higher. Would definitely stay again.
