This was a great place to stay. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch in the back. Very private, altho within walking distance of good eating ( went to Sea Cow three times). “Steps from the beach” turned out to be two and a half blocks, not a problem for us, but not exactly what we expected. Overall great.

The house enabled us to have one of the most wonderful beach trips we have had with my daughters and their families in years. The long screen porch was fantastic. The short walk to the beach or to the ice cream shop and restaurants was perfect. We rented bikes (also a close walk to), kids played on the beach, and I loved the view from the porch.

The house and its bedrooms and open living area/kitchen were perfect for 6 adults and 3 children. The screened in back porch was wonderful. I loved that we could walk to the beach with a wagon with kids and chairs. I would definitely recommend this property.

Had trouble getting into the house upon arrival due to not getting emails from the host. Thankfully we found the key and were able to get inside. Beyond that the house was great, and made for a perfect stay at the beach!

We enjoyed this property so much! It was the perfect size for our group. It had everything we could need or want. It was so clean. The hosts were super responsive. We are already wanting to book our trip for next year and make Two Buoys the location of our annual family/friends vacation!

The back patio is everything! Very large and spacious, lots of sitting spaces. Perfect for morning coffee, reading, and afternoon thunderstorms. Lots of wildlife to watch. Short walk to the beach and shops, pretty quiet neighborhood. Hope to come back next year.

Everything about the reservation was seamless and straightforward. The kitchen was well stocked and the was a basket of goodies on the counter. The house has many areas from the front porch to the back porch and spacious sitting area where we were able to spread out and have conversations in smaller groups. We were also able to converse as a group in the main sitting area and on the screened porch. There was enough space for 10 of us to sleep comfortably. Finally, the house was CLEAN, CLEAN CLEAN!!!

This was the perfect spot for a getaway. The house was beautiful and exactly as pictured. It’s right down the block from the beach access and close to shopping and restaurants. We couldn’t get enough of the screened in porch it was so peaceful and the perfect spot for all our meals. Highly recommend!

Loved the house. If I had known the elevator was not available for use, I would have looked elsewhere. A deal breaker for me. Very nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable.

The screened in porch was awesome in the evenings. We could hear the waves from the porch. We saw a deer on the adjacent road when we went to the beach at night. Several squirrels and birds were in the backyard. The house was the perfect size and had everything we needed.

Loved our stay on Edisto! Perfect place to relax and chill out. This property exceeded our expectations - great location close to the beach, plenty of room, loved the screened in deck in the back, great AC. No complaints whatsoever! We'll be back - hopefully sooner than later. We miss it already!

We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation! The house was amazing! I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! The house is beautiful with plenty of room and it's a very short walk to the beach.

This house is beautiful and very clean! It has something for everyone. My Mom loved the porches. She would sit one the front porch and wave at people walking by then go to the back porch to watch the wildlife. She even bought bird food for the feeder. Our kids loved the living room and had a ball watching movies. We all enjoyed the area under the carport. The cornhole lines were a great idea! We listened to music and played games all night. We also crabbed in the pond just a short walk behind the house. We all had to try the outdoor shower and now I want one at home! We rented a golf cart from Edisto bike and golf cart rentals which was nice to bring the chairs to the beach but wasn't really necessary because it's a short walk. To say we loved our stay would be an understatement!

We were very happy with the house and our stay at Edisto! It had everything we needed and more. Great location, clean and fully stocked made for a great vacation!! Owner was great at communication and even checked in on us when the island had a power outage!! All around a great trip and amazing stay!!

Came from Charleston and met my husband's brother and his family from Sumter. 4 adults, 6 kids, and a newborn. We mostly beached it, but we also rented a slip at the marina and took the boat out a couple of times. Pros: House is spacious and an easy walk to the beach. Easy drive to the marina. Close to the grocery store, restaurants, and shops. Cons: The 2 bedrooms with bathrooms (taken by the 4 adults) had showers that were way too small. That's it. I wouldn't even mention it, but they really were a challenge for small to average sized adults. Overall, we enjoyed the house. It was a wonderful vacation.

We very much enjoyed our stay in the Two Buoys House. It is perfect for a family. Great location. It is a short walk to the beach. Short bike ride to shops and restaurants. Photos accurately reflect the beautiful home. Very accommodating host. I would love to stay in the home again.

This is a well appointed home. It is well organized and furnished nicely. It was nice to sit on the screened porch and relax after being on the beach. We especially loved the outdoor shower. I would highly recommend this home for a family because it’s spacious with room for lots of people
