About this condo rental

Nestled in Camden, this attractive condo for $306 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Please note: Hello! Camden Harbor, including Harbor Square was hit pretty hard in the back to back January storms when all of the Maine coast suffered. But, we have rallied! Businesses are up and running for sure, including our next door neighbor, Waterfront Restaurant, and all of the boats and cruises are just fine. We at Harbor Square will not have a full wharf on site until this Fall, simply because the workers required are swamped, which means that those of you in Unit 11 will not have a spot directly on the water. But, we are thinking positively. Please feel free to ask questions before booking. I will respond as quickly as possible. Thank you. Suzanne Welcome to Harbor Square Eleven! No matter the season of the year, there is so much to do in the Camden area. One of several opportunities to stay with us, this comfortable and affordable condo is part of our much loved Harbor Square. The second floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo has a full kitchen, an open living space, Internet, AC, a propane fireplace for chilly evenings, and yes, a washer/dryer. Early riser? Don't miss the sunrise over Penobscot Bay. Love the stars? There is nothing more beautiful than the night sky over the water and Camden Hills. And oh, the moon! It's a quick walk to Harbor Square's "Residents Only" deck overlooking the harbor, with its incredible views of Camden Hills and Mt. Battie, and of Curtis Island headed out to Penobscot Bay. And because of our location, you are already in the midst of our beautiful downtown, while parked in your garage space. Boats? They are here! Go for a sail. Rent a kayak. The harbor is alive with boating activity. (We have some availability to tie up a kayak or dinghy to our private float.) Don't miss the views of and from Mount Battie (you can drive up, too) or the many walking trails found in Camden Hills and the surrounding area. Hiking and walking, boating, beaches, golf, picnics, yummy area restaurants of all sorts, sightseeing, museums, theater, music, lighthouses, and so much more are within walking distance or an easy drive. In the cooler months, take a lung clearing walk in the crisp air, ski, hike, and just enjoy. Work from home? We've had a number of guests who work remotely, and our Internet service is just fine. Take time to cook your favorite meal, read a book, or just take a nap to restore yourself. Explore. Relax. Even work. Yes, you can do all of it from this perfect location. Stay by the week Saturday to Saturday, June through October. If you are looking for longer term, we can talk about by the month(s) through Fall, Winter, and early Spring. We are delighted to offer this very sweet condo for your enjoyment. Questions? Send them to me and I will respond as quickly as possible. I hope to hear from you soon. Suzanne So that you know: Harbor Square is built above both harbor and street level, which helps with the views, the breezes, the lovely calm atmosphere, and keeping clear of big storm waves in the winter, (except maybe for the garage). There are stairs to the courtyard level, in all units, and to the "Residents Only" wharf where tables and chairs are set up for your use. (Nope, we don't shovel the wharf in the winter, but it's still fun). Sz

Our group consisted of two couples and the condo was ideal! The decor was inviting and comfortable without being crowded. We found everything to be clean and in good condition. We had adequate dishes, cutlery and everything we needed. We brought our own groceries, the condo had salt and pepper, and some coffee for starting. The setting is lovely with several shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. We explored many of the local towns, lighthouses, parks, and drove to Acadia. Suzanne was very nice and easy to connect with, and efficient with all our requests and communications. The neighborhood was peaceful. A great place to stay.

Beautiful condo in a waterfront building (unit is NOT waterfront, and the community deck that is waterfront is just that - shared space outside of the condo unit, which requires a short walk across the courtyard). Extremely clean and nicely appointed. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils (salt, pepper and sugar for your use). Both drip coffee and Keurig available. Firestick for TVs - my first time using Firestick, and I found it easier than any of the other various internet TV modalities to download my favorite apps and log into. Recommend Waterfront and Salt Wharf for dinner. For a very special occasion, Natalie's is up the street. That was in my top ten most expensive and best service experiences of my life. All of the harborfront is an easy stroll. Extremely safe neighborhood - I like walking at night (female), and I had no reservations about haunting the harbor in the middle of the night by myself. Parking is easy - but be prepared for two flights upstairs to get your bags to the condo unit (one flight from underground garage to courtyard, and another flight up from ground floor to the second floor unit). You can't go wrong with Camden, if you are trying to decide which Maine harbortown to visit.

We were very amazed at the location, cleanliness, amenities and decor…so perfect for our every need! We were traveling with our 9 year old grandson and the two bedrooms/two bathrooms were exactly the setup we needed. Suzanne could not have been more haloful and accommodating! We hope to return for a longer stay!
