*******Round Hill beach is our beautiful town beach that is about 3 miles. If you are interested in a Round Hill beach pass please go to https://www.town.dartmouth.ma.us/ and go to the bottom of the page and click on apply for Permits and fill in the information along with your registration and the lease agreement. Please do this a week before or so before the check in day.
We have a double kayak at the beach for you to enjoy our harbor. (red with the name SIMAS) The house has parking for 3 average size cars. When parking on the street park your car with the wheels on the grass for emergency vehicles to pass.

My husband and I have been going to Padanaram for over 30 years. This house was in a quiet beach community with beach and dock access. The house was clean and bright. Fatima has decorated it

Super clean and comfy. Renovated and supplied with everything you could need. Pet and family friendly. Easy to communicate with owners who were very responsive and happy to help. Easy walk to little beach at bottom of street or into the village. We got the beach permit to Round Hill and went every afternoon. Close to our family reunion. Loved it!

My husband and four young children stayed here for a week and found the accommodations to be fantastic. I’ve been vacationing in Padanaram every summer since I was a little girl, and I am used to the quaintness of my grandmother’s cottage, so I was a bit apprehensive on renting for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised that this home maintains the character of the location. We had everything we needed, and even things we didn’t expect to be provided—beach chairs, shovels/buckets for the children, etc... we would definitely recommend this rental if you’re staying in the area. The beach access and location to town is worth it in and of itself.
