A big room with a comfortable bed, and a street facing balcony, about a 15 minute walk to Republic Square (take the short cut around the cathedral). There's a convenient food hall and supermarket, ATM and a few restaurants opposite the hotel. There's a lounge and a kitchen available, but we didn't use either. The people running the hotel were friendly and helpful, especially with our late check in, staying up until we arrived.
Could do with some updating and maintenance, the shower is difficult to adjust. No hairdryer, and WiFi is weak. Don't expect room service, it's basically a room in a family house, and pay in cash. Note that Yandex has difficulty finding it!

Good location, friendly staff, nice facilities/safe, hospitable, place included access to upstairs area which included kitchen, sofa, etc . Large room.
