Simple room with shared bathroom which is just very close. Shared kitchen with shared fridge. OK accomodation for a good price.
Just too hot in the room despite the fan being present. If you open the window to cool the room in the night, it is a bit noisy from the AC´s located outside on the house opposite. Too much communication with the owner about how to pay when she is not present.

Отдыхали несколько дней. Хорошее месторасположение, достаточно близко от центра города. Окна во двор, тихо. Чистые номера, свежее белье и удобный матрас. На кухне есть посуда в достаточном количестве, всегда можно выпить чай или кофе. Приветливая и отзывчивая хозяйка, встретила и проводила до отеля. Угостила крепким армянским кофе. Спасибо!

The hostess was a great person, we used Google translate to communicate (because I got no Armenian or Russian knowledge) but it was effective. She gave me instructions first then asked for the money which was very respectful. Clean, cozy and comfy.
The location on the map is not very accurate, I typed the address in Yandex Go and got close to the location but not the exact building, I had to stay in the rain a bit, and then I asked one of the stores. But it was a great stay so this does not matter.

Гостеприимство решает. Мы были с 6-месячным малышом. Благодаря усилиям Татьяны мы ощущали себя в безопасности. Она готовила нам вкуснейший армянский кофе по утрам, провела небольшую экскурсию по городу. От неё исходило желание всегда помочь. Её сын Сергей встретил нас поздно ночью, помог донести вещи. Её сын Левон всегда был на связи и бесплатно улучшил нам номер. У нас был номер с огромной двуспальной кроватью и одной односпальной кроватью. На двуспальной хороший матрас, на односпальной не очень. В номере очень-очень чисто, функционально и просторно. Отличное постельное бельё, приятные полотенца, штора блэкаут. Есть отличный обогреватель, окно для проветривания. В общем душе тёплая горячая вода, отличный напор. Сантехника работает отлично. Номера на 1 этаже - это очень удобно с колясочкой. Есть решётка. Вид на сад. Ключи легко и удобно открывают двери без заеданий.
Мы были в начале апреля 2026, с 1 по 7 отдали 78000AMD (около 16к рублей)
1) Не было туалета и душа в номере, они были общими на этаже. Это неочевидно при бронировании.
2) Однажды постоялец из другого номера закрыл дверь на внутренний замок, но открыл нам как только мы постучали ему в окно. Лучше вообще убрать внутренний замок.
3) Нет микроволновки
