Kitchen facilities are good. Plenty of space to cook food.
Beds are very clean and comfortable. Excellent quality mattresses.

Bathrooms are overcrowded but that is common in all hostel accommodations, it is just the nature of them.

Newly built hostel, so beds, soft furnishings etc are new and clean. Kitchen is very well equipped. Nice outdoor space with fruit trees. Owner seems quite nice.
Hostel is listed twice in Booking.com, which I think part of the issue in their very poor systems management - my room was cancelled while I was on my way to the hostel as a booking issue meant they did not have a bed for me. Except they did - I went to the hostel anyway and although it was in a different dorm, they did have a bed they could have offered as an alternative when they first made contact.
My first night I stayed in the mixed dorm, the next I was moved to the girls dorm I'd originally booked. Both are very cramped indeed - 2 beds fewer in the female dorm and at least 2 less in the mixed dorm would be more appropriate - but the mixed dorm has much more space for bags.
Aircon is the same in both rooms but as the mixed dorm is bigger, it keeps the room pleasantly cool - the female dorm is tiny so the unit makes the room Arctic-cold.
There are only 3 toilets (2 of which have showers) for the whole hostel - it's not enough, waiting want just a peak time issue. Both staff sleep in reception and don't get up early, so if you're up before 8:30-9am you have to tiptoe around to get to the bathrooms or kitchen - the bathrooms are also dirty every morning (filthy wet floors) as they're not up in time to clean them before the queues to use the showers begin.
Although the garden is good for hanging out (& drying clothes) on nice days, there's very little common space indoors.
Unfortunately, although there are some nice quality touches to this hostel, the cramped dorms and especially the bathrooms mean it's not worth the high price per night and I think the owner's pride means that won't change. I've stayed in better places (in equally/more expensive cities around the world) for half the price.

Очень маленький хостел, супертесный. Также не соблюдаются написанные на стене правила общежития: ночью шумят и каждая заходящая девушка включает свет в комнате, хотя люди уже спят.
