The garden has a good atmosphere, the shower and toilet area was very clean. Kitchen facilities were top notch. Owner was a chill guy.
The location is very far from Yerevan city centre and there’s nothing to do around that area.

The air conditioner worked well.
It's a noisy place close to a highway, with construction behind the building.
Worst thing, I was loaded with luggage. The owner, nor his son offered to help. That's the first step in hospitality.
