La urbanización es muy bonita y está muy cuidada. Hay ratos de mucho silencio y tranquilidad, la gente suele respetar los horarios. Por la noche es muy silenciosa. El apartamento es muy cómodo y con detalles, cama y sofá estupendos. El dueño facilita mucha información de la zona. Y la ubicación es excelente, cerca de la playa y restaurantes, se puede ir andando.
La piscina está muy cerca y a veces hay demasiado ruido, sobre todo cuando hay grupos o niños. El apartamento está bien montado, pero falta una revisión del menaje: no hay tazas de café, el único mantel es un hule roto, pocos vasos… Mejoraría mucho con ventiladores de techo, no haría falta usar tanto el aire acondicionado.

Закрытая территория, выход на внутренний двор к бассейну, свой столик во дворе на 1 этаже, есть удобная парковка, тишина вокруг.
Наличие барбекю на территории.
Соотношение цена-качество!
Далеко от центра Дении, пешком не находишься, нужна машина или велосипед)

- Отсутствовал электрочайник или просто
чайник
- Не было разделочной доски для овощей
- нет крючков в ванной для полотенец
