Location was perfect and apartment was really clean. Owner was easy to communicate with. Instructions about getting into the property were good.
On the Friday one of the 2 lifts went faulty. We were out on the Friday night. On our return we discovered the other lift was also faulty. We had to walk up to 23th floor. We are all 66+ and one only walks with support of a cane. The trip from ground level to 13th floor took almost one hour. This completely ruined what had been a really enjoyable short break. We were talking to some full time residents. They were able to tell us that this is a regular occurrence.

La ubicación es muy buena. Es la zona guiri de Benidorm.
El piso está totalmente equipado, comodidad en todas las estancias. El parking es un plus!
Muy recomendable.
El ascensor, son dos y muy viejos.
Fallaban y te asustabas lo más grande. Es un piso 13 y como para subir andando.

L’emplacement , la localisation en plein quartier de pubs et d’animations nocturnes , pas très loin de la plage aussi
Appartement un peu vétuste , l’eau du climatiseur qui sortait dans la chambre , sans être réparée alors que je l’avais signalé , j’étais obligé de mettre un bidon pour ne pas avoir une piscine à l’intérieur de la maison
