About this house rental
Perched high on a hillside facing south, the recently renovated Solaqua boasts uninterrupted 360* views of pink sand beaches, dramatic waves crashing up against Eleuthera shores and golden sunsets from the roof top deck where hosting cocktail hour is ideal. Foot steps away from the world famous pink sands beach, this Mediterranean/West Indies style luxury home features a beautifully manicured lawn and small orchard of budding fruit trees surrounding the lap pool, hot tub and pool/fitness house.
This lovely comfy home is tastefully designed and decorated, offering air-conditioning in every room, Sonos surround sound, wrap around verandah, roof top entertainment/look out deck, lap pool, hot tub, and fitness /pool house with weights, bands and Peloton bike.
The upstairs interior features the entrance foyer, kitchen, living/dining room with 65" TV and master bedroom with ensuite bath, while the downstairs accommodates an additional entertainment area with 55" TV, three king bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. Sonos multi-room sound system provides your music throughout the property. This home accommodates up to 8 persons or 4 couples.
Solaqua is provisioned with a new 60KW generator and two 30,000 gallons water cisterns for a consistent supply of both. Starlink satellite Internet provides reliable and high speed data.
Property Manager Joel, daily housekeeper Nancy and gardener Virgil will also be available to look after your needs.
The entire house is accessible with the exception of the garage, laundry room and study (home owners closets). If you would like to wash clothes, please ask Nancy to do your laundry for a small fee.

The house was a beautiful family home that accommodated our family of seven quite nicely. our visit was during the holidays and the house had a beautifully decorated tree. Every family member had their own bedroom and the bedrooms are very spacious. The walk to the beach was short and easy and getting into town was also quite easy with a golf cart. Our only complaint would be that the hot tub was not hot and we had to call a couple of times to get it heated and it never really became hot. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay. We highly recommend this house and location and would stay there again.

4 couples spent 4 nights at Solaqua for a great getaway. The home is convenient to town and just steps from the beach (the access is very steep going down and up) and once you're there the beach is breathtaking. There is a huge den on the main floor that's very comfortable and a smaller den downstairs in between the 2 bedrooms. Each couple had plenty of space to spread out in each room. All the beds were comfortable. Kitchen well appointed although a bit outdated. Work out cabana is well stocked also with every type of workout equipment. Our favorite part of the house was the pool and hot tub. Hours were spent lounging and hanging, day and night. The grounds were also well kept. The top rooftop overlook is beautiful at night, you can see every star in the sky. Could maybe use some more comfortable furniture up there.
The only issues we had were the a/c in one of the bedrooms was on but not cooling. After a very hot night, the next day the freon was refilled and it worked. It took some time but nothing is quick on island time. Also a shower head in the other shower fell off the first day and that was never addressed. We all agreed despite these little mishaps, we would totally revisit this house again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Solaqua. The house was really spacious and was perfect for our Spring Break trip with two families and kids. The location is great, a short walk from the beach, and centrally located to everything on the island. We really enjoyed the workout room, pool and hot tub, and hanging out on the terraces for drinks. Highly recommend!
