This choice location is centrally located in the heart of the Florida Keys in a family friendly community called Marathon. The location on 121st Street, Gulf side, just past Mile Marker 54. This property is stylishly decorated with modern furnishings and complete with tile flooring throughout. Enjoy the exceptional views from the open concept living, kitchen and dining areas, or escape to the sandy beach through the master bedroom’s patio doors. There are TV’s in every room. Enjoy Ground floor access to this home The Master Suite has a private bath with Open Water views. The Second Bedroom has a Queen size bed that shares the hall bath. Second master Suite has a King and a Trundle Bed with an on suite bath. Fourth bedroom has a Queen with a private bath Sunsets are free! The Atlantic Ocean or the Gulf of Mexico are instantly accessable with your boat thru Vaca Cut. 7 night minimum. Max Occupancy: 10 Per the city of Marathon's rule of 2 per bedroom plus 2. You must be 25 or older to rent. (25 year old must be present during entire stay) Pet Friendly - please ask about pet restrictions and pet fee. This will be based off breed, size & number. Our family stayed here and it was wonderful ! The dock is great ! The kids fished the whole entire time we were there ! They snorkeled and swam ! The pool was perfect ! Everything was perfect ! Clean , nice and a big home ! Close to beaches (we were fine with the house and beach ) and it’s only 1 hour from key west ! Everything was not far and it’s quiet around there which is nice ! We had a blast ! Beds were very comfortable as well and we absolutely loved the big couch !!

House overall is nice, view & dock are great. Be aware, house is directly under the flight path to the airport. If you want quiet, this isn’t the place for you

Great location for gulf fishing! Air conditioning works well for those hot days in August! Has everything it said it would from nice clean shallow pool, nice new dock for great fishing access. We were a family of 7 and enjoyed the stay.
