The best thing was the pool, clean and right outside our back gate. The size of the property is great with a large family
The showers need to be upgraded. And it’s needs a new fridge freezer as it’s iced up in the fridge. The double bed downstairs has a low bed and it desperately needs to be upgraded as it’s very uncomfortable. The agent that handles this property doesn’t meet u at the property with the key so after a long drive be prepared to then drive around busy Calpe as parking by the office is impossible, to collect the the keys . Would be much easier for them to meet u at the house or set up a key box at the property. And same again for drop off. Car full of children and u need to go return the key to the office it was a pain!

Falta de limpieza en baños y cocina , problemas de goteras con el aire acondicionado , una cañería que da al estacionamiento con caída de agua , poca implementación en la cocina , solo lo básico , mala la coordinación en la entrega de la casa

The swimming pool and outside area was good.
The house was generally a huge let down, the furniture and fixings are very old which wouldn’t be a problem if functionality they worked like intended, everything feels worn out. The beds were uncomfortable, I stayed there with my adult children and their kids and no one liked the beds. There is a lingering smell of sewage in the whole building, we found a good number of cockroaches and worst of all was the service from the rental company. I reached out to them first about the sewage smell, then the roaches and by the end of our stay they had stopped picking up the phone at all! Not at all what I thought I paid thousands of euros for.
