A second bedroom comes with a queen bed, and the third bedroom offers a full-over-full bunk bed and a laptop-friendly desk area. A guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. This home is situated in the heart of wine country, and the nearest wineries are less than a mile from your door along with four nearby golf courses. The downtown area is walking distance away. Downtown Paso Robles (0.8 miles away) offers great shopping, dining, and local tasting rooms. Swing by Downtown City Park and Downtown Main Street for festivals, picnics, and relaxing strolls around its manicured grounds. For a day by the ocean, drive 25 miles to the golden shores of Cayucos State Beach. It's a great place to relax in the sun, cast a line off the fishing pier, and there are lots of great little restaurants just steps from the shore. Things to Know There's parking for two cars in the driveway, and street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The property is equipped with active security cameras facing the yards. This is a smoke-free property. There is no smoking anywhere in or on the property. Damages from smoking will result in additional fees. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Bathrooms could use fans. Cleaning supplies in the kitchen need to be restocked. The road traffic is a bit noisy, just use ear plugs.

Lovely house with a big back yard. The location is perfect for trips to the downtown area and wine tasting. Host was super and all the amenity's were spot on. Extremely stocked kitchen! We will be back:)

We stayed here for a week. We were in town for a family wedding, and had the best time. The house was perfect for our needs. Well appointed with a washer and dryer, wifi, and comfy indoor and outdoor furniture. When we come back to Paso to visit family we will definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

Recently remodeled, the inside of the home is just as pictured. Plenty of room for six people, with two nice bathrooms, a kitchen and dining area, and living room to boot. Some nicely refurbished areas of the backyard, but a significant amount of the backyard contains dead weeds that are 18 inches high. Lots of places to sit and enjoy space outside that are manicured, but if you have dogs, beware of possible issues with stickers. The neighborhood is quiet, but busy. Most of the single-family homes appear to be occupied by multiple families, so street parking may be a challenge. The driveway holds two cars, but it is quite steep and may be challenging for some drivers. Very close to downtown, and overall we enjoyed our stay.

The place itself was very nicely re-modeled. I have no issues with the interior or amenities. While the mattresses were uncomfortable, that is not something that is of bother to me as I know it's not reasonable to expect the most comfortable beds based on any person's individual preferences.
The biggest issue was around the heating/cooling system. Whoever controls the thermostat remotely (landlord/owner) set a PIN number on the unit, and thus it was unaccessible to us to adjust past the preset maximum of 74 degrees. The listing and house instructions said we could set it as high as 78, but it was programmed at 74. The problem was at nighttime. The internal temp of the house was around 75, but the unit was set at 74, so the A/C continued to run, stop, run, stop, run throughout the night, and it was freezing. My elderly parents both woke up the next morning with coughs, and my daughter's legs were ice cold. While the property manager was quick to fix it the next morning, it doesn't negate our terrible experience throughout night #1.

We were extremely disappointed in the house. Neighborhood to say the least was sketchy and unsafe. There was a raging party by the neighbors on Saturday night the last until 430. We couldn’t even enjoy the backyard because busy street. They had a wall and on the other side of the wall the land was filled with weeds. There was also a stray cat in the backyard. Definitely not very hot quality.

This home was clean and cozy, yet spacious. Nice weekend getaway with my husband & your furry kid (dog). Very close to downtown and wineries. Easy access to restaurants, market, gas.

Each room was decorated beautifully. It was basically like staying at a clean friend's home with all the essentials provided. We had a group of 7 men. It included tons of towels, dishwasher soap, dish soap, bathroom soaps/shampoos, and a kitchen with almost everything you would need (including dishes). Such a clean place and felt very welcomed. Highly recommend!

Girls getaway

The home was really lovely and comfortable, the backyard set up was super nice, all it needs is a hot tub back there! The home was nicely situated but the steep driveway is a negative. Overall we enjoyed ourselves very much at this location

Overall the house was great and super clean with lots of amenities. The only reason we’re rating it a 4star is because of the back yard. The home has comfortable furnishings, a main gathering place that is bright and open. The pictures are very accurate. However, there are no dressers for putting undergarments or socks in any of the rooms. Plus, some of the dining room cushions are seriously flat and so, we put pillows on the chairs to compensate. The house is much nicer than the neighborhood. It has a nice backyard, but with all the traffic, we chose not to use it. We would stay here again if you want to visit the area and be able to cook and hang out. The kitchen worked well and we enjoyed the spaces to play games.

The property was great, very clean, and everything is very new inside the house. Loved it except for one thing. There were so many earwigs, primarily outdoors. That was the only negative I have.
