Really enjoyed this rental. Very cozy but plenty of room and kitchen is well stocked. Beds were super comfortable and bath towel very plush. Spent 10 days with sisters here.great location close to downtown,shopping,wineries and sightseeing.House very welcoming, even watched deer stroll thru the neighborhood the first night while sitting on the front porch. We came for a wedding , but we’re lucky enough to be there the same time as pioneer parade. Such a treat to see the community come together for a long time tradition. Charming atmosphere. Our neighborhood stay was quiet and quaint. House was very clean. Highly recommend for walk ability to downtown restaurants and shops.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the Sycamore. The house is so comfortable and the beds were so wonderful we all had great night sleep. The yard is relaxing, we didn't cook but enjoyed the coffee makers. We would stay here again.The management company was responsive to our inquiries, we couldn't ask for more.

The front room furniture was not comfortable and needs updated. Floors are squeaky. Front door lock was difficult to operate and TV was inoperable. We had to call for a technician.
The home was furnished with virtually everything you might need and was very clean.

Our experience was wonderful. The house excedded expectations from comfort, cleanliness, location and ease of entry. We were in town for my daughter's birthday. She wanted to go wine tasting with a couple of her cousins and aunties. The AC work wonderfully with the hot weather and we always had a place to cool down. We were able to walk to the downtown in the morning for coffee. I am in Paso often and will book this location again.

We (myself, husband and our 8-month old) stayed with my parents for 4 nights/5 days and we absolutely loved it! Location was perfect, short walk to the middle of downtown Paso/shops/restaurants/park. The porch is wonderful both in the morning sitting out with our coffee and at night with a glass of wine. The house is well equipped with towels, linens, kitchen is very well stocked! We made breakfasts and a couple dinners during our stay. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom which was nice for air at night (and white noise for our son). They also had a high chair and pack n play which was ever so convenient so we didn’t have to rent those items elsewhere. Great stay. Will definitely stay again!

Love, love the property! Perfect location, amazing ambiance for a get way weekend. The only thing I could suggest is to update the TV to a newer “Smart” TV. After a day of tasting we like to pick a movie to watch and share a “bit” of wine and food. Would the “old” TV stop us from staying here again? Definitely not, but just a suggestion.

Had a very nice stay in this great location. Easy to walk to downtown and quiet residential street. Decorated nicely and very comfortable. Was perfect for 3 girlfriends getting together to hang out in Paso. Had some great meals out but also cooked at home in this nice little kitchen. The management was very nice and great communication. We loved the house and location. All of the amenities were great! Very well appointed. Downtown Paso had some amazing restaurants! We ate at Della's. The Hatch and Fish Gaucho. We would recommend them all! The wineries we visited were all easily accessible. We also went to Hearst Castle, which was a beautiful drive from Paso and worth the visit!Our ONLY issue with the house was the push button code to enter the house. One of the numbers stuck, so it was sometimes annoying to get in. The customer service folks were patient and help us through the issue though. Nevertheless we would stay again!

The Sycamore house is a charming house in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen had everything we needed and coffee and cream was provided. 3 bedrooms were comfortable and just perfect for our group. 2 bathrooms were clean and toiletries and hair dryer provided so nice. Love renting directly through Paso Vacation Rental and not having to pay extra fees. Great trip! We recommend Helen’s bakery got the ham and cheese for the road Monday morning so good. Also Halter Ranch you have to do the Defender tour!

We absolutely loved the Sycamore home! 💗 The location was perfect within walking of downtown and several tasting rooms. The home had several board games which we made use of each night. The beds were so comfortable and the entire house felt like "home". Highly recommended!

This house is charming and has a great location. Beds are comfortable with nice linens. it is very neat and clean and well furnished with amenities. However we were disappointed that we were not informed beforehand that our fireplace did not work. You should know that screen door sticks, lamp in back bedroom doesn't work, doorknob from second bedroom into bathroom needs repair, keurig coffee machine needs replacing.

The house was perfect for us and another couple. Its a short walk into the centre of town where there are lots of restaurant choices. We loved walking around in the evening and seeing all of the Christmas lights the homes were decorated with.

Stayed here with two friends and it was perfection. The house is on a very quiet street, within walking distance to downtown. It's big enough that we didn't feel like we were in each other's way. We spent every evening on the amazing front porch with a glass of wine. The kitchen is well-stocked, should you want to cook at home (or have a chef cook for you!). The only possible downside is that there is no private, covered parking. There's plenty of street parking, though. I wouldn't hesitate to book this house again!

Perfect place and location for 2 couples to visit the beautiful wine country of Paso Robles! Such a comfortable beautifully decorated home away from home. The front porch was perfect for morning coffee as we planned our day, would definitely come back!

This is the second time we have stayed at The Sycamore. We absolutely love this place. Great accommodations which is accurately depicted in the summary. I was a bit concerned as there was a negative review on cleanliness posted and to my great delight the place was very clean. This home is in a nice area, which is walking distance to town. Beds are comfortable. Towels are very soft and I add that because a hotel stay they are usually sand paper. We will be back next year!

I repeat do not rent with this property management company. The house itself is cute and charming but unfortunately it is managed by a horrible management company. I feel bad for the homeowners because the management company is not keeping this home sanitary and livable. The AC wasn’t working and needed to be repaired upon arrival (in the middle of the blazing summer). One shower had a used bar of soap left in there with hair on it. The other shower had hairs on the wall and shower spout and spots all over. The towels were very stained with large spots all over. There were ants in the kitchen, bathroom floors, and bedroom floors. When we called to let them know of these unsanitary issues we were met with someone very unapologetic that didn’t seem to care. The best resolution they could offer was to send someone to clean in the morning. Someone came to “clean” but still managed to leave the used bar of soap in the shower!!! The icing on the cake was when I woke up to ants on my pillow. We called them to let them know we were immediately leaving the property and had to find new accommodations since they weren’t willing to help with that either. I’ve sent very detailed emails along with lots of photos and was promised I’d hear from the manager first thing Monday morning. I’ve called twice today which is Monday and the manager can’t even get on the phone with me. Absolutely disgusted by the unsanitary home and appalled by Paso Robles Vacation Rentals which is also very unfortunate since Paso is such a beautiful place to visit. But this made our experience very unpleasant not to mention today is my birthday. We were however lucky to find other accommodations at the Oxford Inn if you are reading this run and go stay there instead!!!
