Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Cumming near NorthSide Hospital Forsyth

We were there for a surgical procedure for a family member. The procedure started so early that we were unable to eat breakfast. However, the manager gave us several items the night before to hold us over. The staff there was extremely kind and considerate. We will stay there again we need a place to stay in Cumming.

I can't think of anything that was a negative.

This hotel was close to many good stores and food chains.

I would have liked breakfast at 0600 on the weekends.

The cleanliness, how spacious it was.

How rude the front desk clerk was when I called to ask a question before my stay.

My reservation was for a double queen suite with an additional living room with a sleeper sofa. All the double queen suites were given away and I only received a double queen room. This doesn't make sense as my reservation was made over a month ago. Why was my room not saved? They shouldn't have given away my room. They said since I didn't book thru the hotel and with a 3rd party, they could not give me anything to compensate. This is bad customer service and bad business.
