At check in, the older gentleman on duty was so kind. We even chatted about me moving to the area and my love of old houses. He ended up showing me pictures of his son’s renovations on his historic home in Ohio. I can’t remember the man’s name but he was very nice.

I think something is wrong with the elevators. Every time they went up, they open and close twice. And it’s not because someone is in the way.

Cleaniness, staff were nice.

Breakfast was ok. The pancakes were tough and the bananas that were put out were very ripe.

Cleanliness Especially pool area was always clean 👌 I stayed one week with my 2 boys who love going to swimming pool and we went in different times. All the time pool area was nice and tidy

I have never stayed at a Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. The reviews were great. I decided to stay here with my elderly parents as my dad had to have a medical procedure the next morning. Location was perfect. Facility looked brand new. Lobby had nice decor. Front desk was polite and helpful . We were moved to a lower floor to accommodate my dad as I reserved a handicap accessible room. The outside of the building, the lobby, and the hallways are beautifully decorated. The room and bathroom are very spacious and pretty.

However, the smell in the room, the bed and mattress, and the low profile toilet were not what we expected. First off, whatever is used to deodorize the room was very overwhelming upon entering the room. You finally get used to it after a while. The beds are on a platform (no box springs) and very low to the ground. One bed had a "body hole" in the mattress, so once you even sat down to lie back, you sank (we did inform the front desk at check out). The other bed was better in that regard but not the comfort we anticipated after driving 2 hours. It was a pretty miserable night for all 3 of us. The toilet was extremely low and close to the wall. Thus, my dad had a hard time with this. A minor dislike was the walk to the roomroom. Our handicapped accessible room was the end of the hall from the elevator. We decided that we didn't want to make a fuss about the negatives, but enough that I won't book with Country Inn and Suites again.

Sehr schönes Hotel! Mein Zimmer war ganz neu (hergerichtet), hatte eine leise Klimaanlage! Die Betten waren sehr gut, es hat alles gepasst! Das Hotel liegt an einer Hauptstraße, was man nicht gehört hat, ein paar Restaurants sind in der Gegend. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier!

It was clean and safe and the beds were very comfortable. The fitness center had the right equipment to get a good workout and the pool is indoor so it can be used all year round.
