Wrong key box. No wardrobe or place to hang clothes. Ironing board? Wifi details not in handbook. Outdated TV no Netflix access or mirroring.

The apartment is in a convenient and very quiet location. It is a nice size and within easy walking distance of everything. It may be useful to know that we went to the supermarket as recommended in the apartment documentation called "In's". We went only once as it is in a run-down area that felt very unsafe, I would hate to be there alone and the supermarket itself was quite poor. A much better option is one of the two Conad supermarkets just across the Ponte Nuovo bridge - the biggest being the one at Piazzetta Pescheria. There is also an excellent place for coffee with friendly staff called Il Veronetta bistrot, just at the end of the street.
Check-in could have been better. I wanted to know the exact location the day before our flights so we could plan our arrival but I was informed that they would only tell me on the day that we arrived in Verona. The apartment could do with some more kitchen utensils e.g., there are just two forks in it.

The apartment’s style and size are simply perfect - especially the unique furniture, the kitchenware, the cool fridge and dishwasher, the kitchen island for preparing food, and the stylish cabinet for the dishes.
Everything was perfect, except there was a strong smell in the small room. It might be mold, so it should be checked.
Also, the Wi-Fi details should be included in the nice booklet you made-I had to contact you to get access. The kitchen knives aren’t sharp enough, the sink is partially clogged, and there’s only a wardrobe for clothes storage in the large bedroom. The sofa in the living room has a few stains, and the TV is a bit too small to comfortably sit and watch something.
But overall, these are minor things-the only issue that really needs to be checked is the smell in the small room.

The appartment was large, quiet and well located.
The kitchen was very poorly equipped not even a wash up sponge or kitchen towel just one dishwasher tablet. How are you supposed to prepare anything to eat? Staying for only 3 nights you don't expect to have to shop for essentials. No information about WiFi. Got code from router but why not in information book? No city map...
The large bed was like sleeping on a rock.
The wardrobe was so full of bedding that nothing else fitted. The bedroom curtain was ripped and shabby. The photo of the toiletries on the website is not accurate. We had just a small bar of soap and a single use sachet of shower gel. Instead of feeling luxury it felt sparce and budget. Such a shame, a few items would have made such a big difference. Goodness knows why the cleaners get 75E they will have nothing to do. Very disappointed. In contrast the appartment we now have in bologna has tea, coffee, detergent, tea towels a clock that works! And we were met by a lovely lady. You really need to up your game.
