A modern oasis in the heart of downtown Telluride! Walk into this modern, updated condo on the second floor and enter into the open living room/dining/kitchen area. The living room has a black leather sectional sofa and flat screen TV with Roku. Doors open up to a semi-private deck. The dining area is overlooking the gas fireplace and is open to the updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Hardwood floors throughout the condo. The master bedroom has a queen bed, desk and flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo. Ore Station is centrally located in downtown Telluride, just one-half block to lift #8 and the free gondola - as well as a short walk to restaurants and nightlife. The property has an outdoor hot tub, elevator access, ski lockers, and private carport parking. This home has an all-in-one Washing/Drying machine. Access to a washer and dryer in the complex is available for faster drying times located in the carport. AvantStay provides an upscale experience with services that elevate your stay and save time so you can enjoy every moment. Guests have access to a 24/7 support team. Whether it’s fridge stocking or in-home massages, AvantStay offers a variety of upgrades & experiences to enhance your stay. *Home Truths:* - There is no A/C at this property. - We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates. - Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm. Parking Details: Private carport. A pack n' play travel crib and a high chair are available upon request. --- The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom / Queen bed Bedroom 2 / Double bed & twin bed --- Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. This place was great for our family of 4. A short walk to the gondola and close to everything in town. The home was clean and cozy. Highly recommend this property to potential future guests.

My wife and our 3 and 5 year old stayed at this property over MLK weekend. The Friday we arrived an untethered dresser fell on my 5 year old, fortunately he was not badly hurt but the property company initially responded and then did nothing over the weekend to address the safety issue. The property is an amazing location and otherwise worked well for us.

Property was clean, beds we’re comfortable, all appliances and things you would need for your stay. Location next to the gondola was amazing. Covered parking was a plus Telluride can be challenging to find parking. Check in process was easy. Communication was great.

We showed up with our skis and enjoyed everything Telluride has to offer. So close to the gondola, the town, restaurants, and the market! Very clean, and all household and kitchen supplies taken care of. Great stay!

Our family of 4, two adults and two teens, stayed here at the end of our winter break (Beginning of Jan 2022) for 5 nights with 4 days of skiing. The location to the free gondola up to Mountain Village (12 min ride) was practically outside our front door. Walk down the stairs, around Hotel Columbia and you are there. I did not realize how close it was. It is also just two short blocks to W Colorado Ave where most of the shops and restaurants are located. The condo is big enough for a family of four and is totally clean and up to date. Showers (push button on handle to move it to the hot water side) and beds were wonderful. The fireplace in the kitchen puts out a lot of heat which was nice when we got home. There are many additional items in the condo to make your stay feel more like home - games, 3 humidifiers, soap, detergent, dressers, and lots extra pillows and blankets. The only issues we had was the washer / dryer unit is a combo and did not dry our clothes all the way after multiple attempts. We had to get out the hair dryers to dry our ski gators since we didn't have duplicates of those to ski that day. And two of the three lights above the stove did not work which made the kitchen dark. Overall, I would stay here for another ski trip in a heartbeat. You can't beat the location! Restaurants we loved - 221 South Oak (directly behind the condo), Allred's (half way up gondola), Baked in Telluride (walked there every morning for breakfast), Smugglers, Red Dog Pizza, and Little House for lunch. Great drinks at Strong House Brew Pub and New Sheridan. Next time will try Cosmopolitan (great reviews and 10 steps from the condo) and There.

Great condo in a great location. Property worked with us after our flight got canceled due to all of the airline issues going on these days. Condo is exactly as advertised. Great location. Right near the gondola, Main Street, and all the shops and restaurants.
