Nestled in Tybee Island, this attractive condo for $180 per night is a great option for your next break. PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS from this 1110 sq ft 2 bed / 2 bath BEACHFRONT condo located on Tybee Island's north end. This is an entire condo rental. Community POOL and TENNIS! Note: the pool is open year-round at HOA discretion, though it is not heated. 1st floor condo overlooks the pool; ocean view where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean in the distance. Mere blocks from Huc-a-poo's and walkable to the Lighthouse. Caribbean vibe decor. Private balcony and seating. King size primary with Tempur-Pedic mattress. Queen size guest bedroom with Purple mattress. Sleeper sofa. W/D in unit. Beach chairs, beach towels, and some beach toys included. Note: We ask that guests rinse off the chairs and toys after use. They are not part of the cleaner's responsibility on every turn. This professionally cleaned 1,110 sq ft raised 1st floor 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo is conveniently located on the oceanfront with private community access to the beach on Tybee's north end! Community pool and tennis! Note: Elevator in building for easy access. Walk out the door with your swimsuit & towel for a fun-filled day of building sandcastles, watching the dolphins and the ships go by where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. The neighborhood is very close and also walkable to Huc-a-Poo's, Tybean Art & Coffee Bar, the Lighthouse, and a variety of other restaurants and shops. The condo itself has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a laundry area with washer and dryer accessible to you, kitchen, living room, and private balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. Large (75 inch!) TV in living room. We have a Keurig and regular coffee maker available for your use. Wifi is also provided. Roku TV in the living room and master bedroom. Premium mattresses; Tempur-Pedic king size in primary bedroom and Purple queen size in guest bedroom. Sleeper sofa. Stainless steel appliances. Extra pillows and blankets are provided. 2 spaces for parking in the parking lot. We provide a starter pack of supplies: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. If you run out, you are responsible to purchase anything you need. Need flowers? Our property manager is a local florist and would be glad to assist you with floral bouquets for your stay. Traveling with small children? Our property manager is also a BabyQuip provider. Please message us with any baby / toddler supplies you need to rent and she will be happy to help as inventory permits. Cribs, car seats, toy baskets, etc. are available for a rental fee. Registration: STR2022-00105 The entire condo is available for your access with the exception of a few locked closets reserved for our cleaning staff. Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the parking lot in spaces designated for this address. We respect your privacy, though we are here if you need us. It's self check-in and self-check out. Bay View Villas, located in a resort community on Tybee Island, Georgia, offers an idyllic coastal getaway surrounded by charming streets, palm trees, and lush greenery. Just steps away from the sandy beaches and sparkling Atlantic Ocean, residents and visitors can bask in the sun, swim in the turquoise waters, and indulge in water sports like kayaking and surfing. The neighborhood also boasts a variety of amenities, including local shops, boutiques, and waterfront restaurants, while the convenience of nearby grocery stores and pharmacies adds to the ease of living. With its picturesque setting, vibrant atmosphere, and access to the cultural attractions of Savannah, the neighborhood surrounding Bay View Villas is the perfect destination for those seeking a relaxed coastal lifestyle. We have two parking spots for guests on-site. If guests rent a golf cart, that is to be parked in the unmarked parking spots in the back of the parking lot when there is availability. You can easily walk to local shops and eateries like Huc-a-poos. To get to the south end of the island, guests may enjoy biking (bike rentals are on the island). We recommend driving to other destinations locally like downtown Savannah. This community requires a key card for access. Host will provide details as to where to pick up the key card for the stay. Loss of key card will incur a $200 fee. All guests use the pool at their own risk. There are no lifeguards on duty. The owner, property manager, and HOA will not be held liable for guest use of pool or other community amenities.

It was amazing to have the opportunity to check in early and walk into a beautiful apartment fully stocked with towels :-) I deeply respected the abundance of towels and shower supplies. The kitchen and laundry room were stocked with supplies that made it simple to cook and clean. Amazing overall experience!!!

We had a wonderful time staying at this cottage! It was clean, neatly organized, well decorated and felt like home! The location to the beach was steps away, it was amazing! Every morning I walked the beach at sunrise, we watched how the tide changes through the day, and always had so many great dolphin opportunities! They were always out! We walked to Huc-A-Poos for a delicious pizza dinner once, another day walked there for a nacho lunch! Same walkable distance was Tybean Coffee, that was a must stop in the morning for me. The pool was clean, cold for the fall, the ocean was warmer. The complex was quiet as was the beach area. My only suggestion would be if they could store a couple beach chairs and sand toys in the closet where there was pickle ball and other games. That would be super helpful for families traveling not to have to pack those items.
My kids hands down want to go back and stay at this same location! We all loved every second of our trip!

The villa was very clean and had all the necessities. The host promptly replied to all questions.
We were very grateful that she had included a full first-aid kit when our youngest child cut her foot at the beach. Putting night lights around the villa was much appreciated, as all others we have stayed at didn't have any. The rules of the overall property (not the individual unit) seemed a bit excessive, but I'm sure they have good reason for them and are livable. I would recommend this villa to other families for their vacations.

Communication with owner was great! Condo was in a great location to shops and restaurants. The unit was well stocked and super clean, I mean CLEAN! We have had some horrible experiences in the past with VRBO and this rental did not disappoint!

This lovely condo has it all! A wonderful view from the balcony overlooking the pool; which we couldn't use due to weather but we'd love to come back! The beach access is perfect and the ocean view amazed our kids when we saw large ships headed to to the Savannah port. The space is cozy and decor is pleasant and colorful, adding to the vacay vibes! We were impressed with the kitchen accessories for cooking meals and the soft beds and bedding made for sleep-in mornings. Highly recommend this 'tucked-in' condo away from the main road through Tybee.

This was the first time our group had stayed on Tybee Island and we were very impressed by the location and how easy and quick it was to get to the beach. The views were amazing and loved seeing all the cargo ships and shrimp boats everyday. The whole place was very clean and accommodating and had no issues at all. We are already planning on come back next year.

We stayed at this property in early October and had a great experience! The check-in/check-out process was very easy, and the condo was very clean and nicely decorated. My husband and kids loved the giant tv for watching sports after the sun had set. The beach is very close and easily accessible. The condo is located on North Beach which is a quiet beach with a lot of dolphin sitings and minimal crowds when we went. If you want large waves and more action, South Beach is just a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again if we ever head back to the Tybee area.

The time went by very fast!!! We had a wonderful 5 days. A very clean unit. Terrific location on the north end of Tybee Island. The kitchen was well equipped. Easy check in and check out process. We highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a 2 bedroom condo.

Just What Was Needed
We had a great and relaxing time. It was our first time visiting Tybee Island, and largely due to the accomodations, it will be well thought of and remembered. Everything was great. It felt quite homey, with the nice decorations and the comfortable furniture and beds. Communication with the property manager, and the ease of locating and entering the property were all top-notch. We will stay again when we are in the area!
