The main living space in this charming beach townhouse is decorated with soft colors, cozy furnishings and coastal décor. There is comfortable seating, and a large flat screen tv. Just off the main living area is the spacious kitchen with an attached coffee bar. There is a formal dining area with a table big enough for 6, and seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has new appliances and is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates & glassware you'll need to make yourself at home. On the ground level there is a large outdoor area with seating and a gas grill for you to enjoy during your beach vacation. On the main level, the first bedroom has a king bed, coastal décor, and a private bathroom with dual sinks and a luxurious walk-in shower. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms as well as an office and a shared family room. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed. Attached to this room, there is a spacious full bathroom with an all tile walk-in shower. The third bedroom also features queen size bed and has easy access to the third full bathroom which includes a tub shower combo. Bedroom 1 – King Sized Bed Bedroom 2 – 1 Queen Sized Bed Bedroom 3 – 1 Queen Sized Bed Bedroom 4 - 1 Queen Sized Bed The upstairs family room also features a queen size sofa sleeper. The area is great too! Redington Shores is ideally located and close to everything. Redington Beach is a quaint beach town that is just a short drive outside of St Petersburg, a city loaded with museums, art galleries, restaurants and shopping. Everything was great, just steps to the beach. Right in between Clearwater and St Pete beach, with Mad beach, indian rocks, and johns pass all close. Highly recommended house

The house was perfect, exactly as advertised. Beach access was awesome and easier/closer than anticipated. It was great to have access the beach supplies. Area was great with restaurants, grocery and shopping. Although our trip was cut short due to the hurricane, my family can’t wait to go back!

This is by far the most beautiful, VRBO I have had. It was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, the view was nice, We love the shutters and the elevator was very convenient. The only down fall was the dryer. The timer kept starting over and it took to long to dry clothes. Other than that this was a very beautiful home. Also, the beach access was very convenient.

We had a few issues throughout entire stay. Dryer was not working. 3 maintenance companies came during our stay. 2 of them we were not aware of and physically came into the home without our permission. Other than this it’s a great location and clean.

Plenty of room, we had 7 ladies and were very comfortable. House was described accurately and it is walking distance to the beach access (right across the street) Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful property. Had some issues that took a while to be resolved but this often happens over a weekend. Property management company w tried their best to resolve quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at the Redington Beach Townhouse! The layout was perfect for our family, with plenty of room, easy access to the beach, and just down the road from shops. We will be planning our next vacation back soon, and hope to stay at this location again!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We LOVED our stay at the Redington Beach House and would love to return someday! Perfect location, directly across the street from the beach access. Redington Beach is a favorite for the locals, same gorgeous beach as all the others near here but without the crowds.The home was perfect too! It’s a new build with top of the line everything and plenty of essentials in the kitchen for cooking in and entertaining. Nice grill is also available and a back patio with a hose for rinsing off all the sand before entering the home.It is really a four bedroom (with a closet) but the fourth bedroom has a toddlers bed and desk in it (no adult bed). That is really the only thing I would recommend changing. We put an air mattress in it for our teenage son.There was plenty of parking available (3 spots).We had a couple minor questions - the management company was very fast, professional, and helpful and helped us to quickly find a solution. I would highly recommend a stay at this townhouse.

Calling fan on bedroom #2 wasn’t working properly, garage door also have problems open and closing due to active bird nest on top motor. Have to open door manually a couple times. Really heavy for the only man in the family!!
