Facilities were great, kitchen fully equipped, the apartment was clean and in a great location, a short ride by tram from the city centre. The staff was very friendly, responsive and helpful.
It was too hot during the summer at 30 C.

Location was good, close to public transport and some good food. The room had enough space and was clean with everything you need.

Absolutely nothing. The security nightmare we experienced and having to desperately call the police in the middle of the night completely overshadowed everything else.
Zero Security: The main building door, which was supposed to have a keypad lock, was left wide open, allowing anyone to enter freely. The fact that the apartment was on the ground floor left us completely vulnerable to any kind of danger.
A Terrifying Night & Police Intervention: Around 4:00 AM, someone came to our door and started pounding on it aggressively. This continued on and off for about 45 minutes. We had a child in the apartment with us, and we were so terrified that we had to call the police in the middle of the night.
Absolutely Not Suitable for Families: We couldn't sleep a wink after this horrifying experience, and we will never stay in a ground-floor apartment like this again. If you value your safety and your family's well-being, definitely avoid staying here.
