It's an okay place, the staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is functional, with a quite well equipped kitchen, comfortable seating area, and a nice bedroom.
The constant fire alarm! The only thing that spoiled my stay was the fire alarm going off, sometimes 4 or 5 times per day and occasionally during the night.

There was a mini market near the hotel.
The bed is very noisy and uncomfortable. The room cleanliness was not up to the required standard. It is not possible to request any extra bed, nor can you request an iron or any other additional services. The towels are very old and worn out, the carpet is not clean, and there is no restaurant in the hotel. If you have children, you should be cautious, as the windows can be opened very easily and there are no safety screens.
