Beautiful property with ideal backyard for families. The deck off of the kitchen/living room was wonderful for evening meals and hangout. The home was clean and well stocked with towels for the week. The docking size was perfect for our 25 foot boat. Easy drive to Publix and local restaurants in Marathon. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back next year!

What a beautiful home! We had the most wonderful week with everything we needed. The house was clean and so cutely decorated. The upper deck was perfect for coffee in the morning and having dinner at night. We loved the pool area and used the kayaks a lot. A big highlight was seeing the manatees! We also rode the bikes to the bagel place at the top of the street and the food was amazing. I highly suggest the Sea Turtle Hospital, going to Big Pine Key to see the Key Deer and eat at No Name bar, visit Bahia Honda State Park, and bike through Key West. Thank you for a relaxing week in paradise!

Unfortunately we were accused of breaking/damaging things that were already broken/damaged upon our arrival! Luckily the owner requested that we purchase an insurance package when we booked (versus the very large safety deposit they were asking for). Throughout our stay we discovered broken items, stained sheets, etc…but didn’t complain as it wasn’t worth our time. The owner sent us an email 8 hours after checkout accusing us of being responsible for the damage PLUS large ticket items that were in perfectly good condition when we left (ie, washing machine, comforters, garage door keypad). Even though the insurance will pay for everything (which I feel was probably their plan all along!) it still really upset me. Next time I stay somewhere I will be sure to take pictures of every single thing I find damaged and send it immediately to the owner.
