A good place to stay, not too far away city centre, all services close enough
There were not salt and pepper for cooking, didn't bought for three days stay

I guess it was the best stay in Nürnberg so far.
The apartment was, first of all, super well furnished; the design is not only beautiful but also very well thought through. You can find there whatever you need for a short- or long-term stay. An additional advantage here for us was the desk right in front of a large window: a cute, inspiring, and cosy place to spend some time working.
What we found super nice to have was a coworking space, a gym, washrooms and a snack machine in the lobby.
All in all, we spent a fabulous workation here and can't wait to come here again soon.
The internet speed was a bit too slow for me. But hey, there was internet and multiple repeaters on each floor of the building.

The room was spacious and the kitchenette had everything we needed!
Ease of access was great and location was superb.
Bathroom is also very nice and the bed was comfortable.
Electric blinds were also a great touch!
The A/C was absolutely horrible. (Room #215)
It would randomly make a horrible noise at different intervals throughout the night which would obviously wake us up.
It would constantly vibrate and hum like a Boeing 777.
Then would additionally start rattling like an M60 Machine Gun every few seconds to spice things up.
We tried sleeping with the windows open, however the opposing building and streetlights would literally make the room light up like its midday. Closing the thick curtains / blinds would stop the airflow and would make it unbearably hot and you'd be back to square one. We barely got any sleep during our week of staying here. We messaged them and they said someone would come to take a look but there was absolutely zero changes.

The location was excellent also for using the Nuernberg Tourist Card
In our opinion it is best for a one-day business visit.
