Clean smart property in a good location

· Great location: Very close to public transportation in a pleasant neighborhood with plenty of excellent restaurants nearby.
· Modern apartment: Located in a secure residential building, fully renovated, with 3 bedrooms and a well-equipped shared kitchen.
· Excellent amenities: The air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay.
· Cleanliness: The place was very clean, and they even changed our bed sheets during our stay.
· The host: Arrived quickly and was very helpful, using Google Translate since he only speaks Italian.
· High price / Value for money: The price is quite expensive, which feels unjustified given the lack of a real, standard breakfast.
· Misleading breakfast: Instead of breakfast at the apartment, you get a voucher for a nearby café (coffee and a pastry/drink).
· Unexpected city tax: Booking stated taxes were included, but we had to pay an extra €6 per person, per night, upon arrival.
· No mobile signal: There was no cellular network reception inside the apartment, though the Wi-Fi worked well.

Beautiful modern apartment. Location could not be better, right in the heart of Naples with great access to the Metro and local Tram. Owner was most accommodating and nothing was too much trouble.
