The location so close to the metro station was optimal and all the facilities were nice (especially the snack room) and clean. The lady preparing breakfast and doing the daily room cleaning was kind and helpful.
The mattress was not very comfortable as everything shook and bounced if one of us turned over. The bed frame also creaked.

We visited there as a family of 5 and were given two very large and spacious rooms. Before we arrived, the owner of the apartment contacted us and explained the process of getting rooms independently and gave us an entrance password to the rooms and the building with convenient and secure parking. The owner of the apartment helped with every request. Metro station near the apartment that goes to the historic center of Naples

It was very clean and comfortable beds!
We arrived late due to flight delay and couldn’t find parking. Parking was an extra 25 euros in the private lot.

The location was good and convenient, although there was quite a lot of noise outside until around 3 AM.
Cleanliness was a major issue. It looked like the bed sheets had not been changed before our one-night stay. The building has a very old elevator, and my family got stuck in it once, which was unpleasant and stressful. Breakfast was very basic — essentially just two croissants and coffee.
