Details: - Bedroom 1: Located on the first floor with queen bed with private ensuite bath and custom shower. Bedroom includes sliding doors for private access to deck. - Bedroom 2: Located on the second floor with king size bed, walk in closet, and multiple windows providing great lake views. - Bedroom 3: Located on the second floor with one queen bed, one set of bunk beds, walk in closet, and smart TV - Kitchen/Living room: Enjoy the open floor plan that connects the kitchen and living room with beautiful lake views. Located on the main floor the fully equipped kitchen includes farm-style dining table that seats 8 with an additional 3-person counter height dining table. Living room includes new sectional sofa to snuggle up and watch a movie on the Smart TV or gaze out the oversized sliding doors that give you access to the large deck and spectacular views of lake, wildlife and foliage. Bathroom 1: Brand new ensuite bathroom to primary bedroom on main floor. Custom tile / walk in shower with rain shower head. Bathroom 2: Located on the main floor. Contains a double vanity and a tiled shower stall. Bathroom 3: Located upstairs with 2 vanities separated with a pocket door to the tub/shower combo and toilet. Perfect setup for sharing. My family and I spent our 2023 Christmas Holiday at the beautiful and relaxing Lake Norman home of John and Sheri. They provided very clear instructions on how to access the home and a manual on how to operate all of the amenities. (In addition to a basket of goodies which we really enjoyed) The home was decorated with a Christmas tree and created just the atmosphere that we could have wanted for a “remote” Christmas and the gourmet kitchen was great for preparing our traditional Christmas turkey dinner. The home was very clean and had more than enough bathroom and kitchen linens and supplies and we had access to all closets and the garage! Our vacation was a winter vacation but the home had a beautiful view of Lake Norman, a fire pit, gazebo, amazing deck, grill and all the water toys and equipment that you would need to enjoy the lake. We had to call the owner for one minor issue and they responded immediately and were very helpful. We highly recommend their beautiful home and would definitely vacation again with John and Sheri.

A perfect family getaway to enjoy the fall colors. We spent most of the time enjoying the outdoor patio, fireplace and dock, but the home itself was perfect. We would highly recommend it.

We loved our stay at this property. The deck and the views were fantastic! Pictures of this property were accurate. We did not have any issues during our stay, but pre/post communication with the owners were quick, responsive and helpful. Due to the time of year, we didn’t use any lake equipment but we’d definitely come stay again to give it a try!!!

We were in town for a family reunion and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. This property feels like home, super cozy and very well decorated. Well stocked and even had plenty of lake toys to enjoy. The owner thought of everything including ingredients for smores. The home has an amazing water view, beautiful dock, amazing outdoor fireplace and plenty of space for the 8 of us. Thank you for everything we will be back!

This is a great place! We had such an amazing week! Very clean. Well stocked kitchen to be able to cook all our meals. All the water amenities were super nice and got a lot of use! Owners very responsive and helpful.

The house was much nicer than the photos. The location is fantastic. The house has all the water toys you would want, two paddle boards, two kayaks and a paddle boat. The dock is great.... there is even a nice area to sit under to stay out of the sun. Loved the house. Would go back in a heart beat.

We were very pleased with the location of the property and its amenities! They really had a nice variety of things to use on water. The welcoming basket was much appreciated along with some wood for the fire pit. Everything we needed was available and clean. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

This is an amazing property. The house was even more beautiful than the pictures. The outside amenities were fantastic! We enjoyed using the deck, grill, covered dock, and water toys. We brought our boat and the dock worked out great. John and Sheri were very communicative and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

We love Lake Norman and we’re looking forward to our family trip for our daughters high school graduation. This was the perfect house in a great location and all the amenities were awesome. The dock was perfect for the ski boat we rented for the week we stayed and everyone loved using the kayaks and paddle boards that were provided by the property hosts. We loved sitting out on the patio playing games. The house was clean and had an amazing layout to accommodate our group. We also loved the personal basket provided by the hosts with snacks and information about the house and area. We will definitely want to book this house again when we come next year! Thanks for making our stay so memorable!!

We were looking for a nice lake house that wasn’t too big or expensive and this house was perfect. All of the amenities were high end, the towels, dishes, and mattresses for example. We really enjoyed our stay!

We so enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lake home. We spent much of our days at the dock playing in water on the large float pad and with the kayaks. The home is large and so much attention has been paid to detail including the lovely welcome basket we received upon arrival. The location was wonderfully quiet and views from the deck and house are beautiful. We can't thank the owners enough for sharing this lovely home with our family! This location would be our first choice when returning to Lake Norman if we are lucky enough to find it available again.

This property is awesome! Great clean home, large deck, quiet neighborhood, amazing docks! The cover is relatively quiet for boat traffic. Very close to restaurants that are on the water to be able to take a boat to. This is going to be a yearly trip for us!!

We love this house! The location is ideal for water sports and quick access to the main channel. The dock has tons of room for playing, docking your boat, swimming, a table for having lunch by the water. Everything in the house is new and beautiful. The beds and bedding are so comfortable. The kitchen and family room have lots of seating and so does the very large porch. The owners thought of everything- truly. Strong five star rating

Just what we needed

The pictures don’t even do it justice, this property is absolutely gorgeous. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. There’s tons of family card/board games to play, and blankets to snuggle up on the couch. We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards, and the floating mat. We only live 10 minutes down the road, but it felt like we were away on vacation. It was the perfect family weekend. Thank you so much!

Our family vacation including four generations thoroughly enjoyed our stay, whether sitting on the deck, kayaking, swimming near the dock or making s’mores at the outdoor fireplace! The kitchen had the appropriate utensils for the dinners we prepared. We had a lovely time an would rent it again!
