We had the sweetest stay ever, the suite is amazing !! And the terrace even more, totally recommend :)
Nothing - everything is great !

We loved the suite that we were in, it was big compared to some five star hotels we've stayed in.
The age of the house also made it more interesting.
I'll definitely book it again in future visits to La Laguna

Great location in the historic area - perfect for walking. Loved the heated towel rack and heaters in each room.
Hard to find parking. Settled for parking garage which seemed expensive at 59€ for two days! Advice for finding parking would be appreciated. Kitchen is minimally equipped - no toaster or hob, but we knew that from the listing. And enjoyed eating out.

Great location, excellent accommodation, highly responsive team. I lost and left an AirPod behind and Oliver arranged to mail it on to me. Fantastic.
No complaints. Very comfortable and clean and great location.
