Very central, can walk everywhere in Alicante.

great location - easy access to the castle and the old town. Everything you could want is in walking distance
no staff made it difficult to know what to do for requesting additional pillows. The AC was a bit pitiful, it took a long time to cool the room when temperatures were 35 celsius with 90%+ humidity

The property was tired and needed maintaining/decorating. Never saw a staff member and was very impersonal. No information pack re fire procedure, emergency etc.
Door panel missing ajacent to lift which would have enclosed laundry room looking very dirty. Glass door just lent against wall. See photos. Not a good first impression when entering our room. Roof terrace needs investment in new furniture. Leaking shower pipe connection which we immediately reported on arrival in our room.
