The location was good - quiet, lovely local landscape to walk through and history to enjoy. There was plenty of space in the cottage with a nicely laid out bathroom and good kitchen space. We had plenty of time to enjoy the fields and birdlife, including kites, buzzards, tawny owls and woodpeckers. We had walks over to Kenilworth. To discover that Henry V had a summer palace close to the castle whose grounds were still recognisable was a little gem of English history that I guess not many people know about. The cottage was nicely positioned for local shopping and farther afield to Leamington Spa, Warwick and Coventry. As an aviation enthusiast, being on the flight path for Birmingham International Airport was great, but the aircraft didn’t really intrude on our stay.
WiFi was a bit patchy which was problematic at times, and the tv could do with updating so we could access our apps to watch what we wanted to, rather than being limited to Freeview. Other than that there was little to be negative about.

Excellent location - peaceful and scenic but easy access to local amenities and attractions.
Lovely comfortable accommodation with everything provided.
This didn't occur for us but I imagine it could be noisy if other families are staying in the other cottages.
