A really spacious house with plenty of bedrooms and communal areas for everyone to spend time in. A short walk into the main area of Mablethorpe and really close to the beach. Plenty on parking as well. Kitchen is really well stocked if you want to cook anything. Outside space is really good as well.

The property is a bit tired and some areas could do with improvements. Some of the window handles were really stiff or missing. Some of the bathrooms need some work.
