About this house rental

Located in Mohave Valley, this lovely house for $375 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This is a gated newly remodeled, beautiful three bedroom right on the river! PLEASE NOTE: as you enter the property the home is the single story home on the left. Master has one King bed, full bath with large tub and separate shower. Second bedroom has a queen size bed. Third room has a king and queen bunk bed. All linens are Sunday Citizen and My Pillow. Kitchen is fully stoked as well as a good size family and dining room with direct Tv and Wi-Fi. You have access to your own beach and use of a launch ramp and dock shared with owner. We recommend launching your boat at the house but if you have a large boat, it may be difficult to take it out, so we usually take ours out at Jack Smith which is about a 5-minute drive from the house. It has blinds all around to keep coolness during summer and a heater for winter. Tee Off: This house is close to many golf courses such as Rivers Edge Golf Course (1.5 miles), El Rio Golf Club (7.3 miles), and Desert Lakes Golf Course (9.1 miles) Entertainment: This home is right on the river with a ramp to launch your boat and a dock to keep it on during your stay. Enjoy popular spots such as Pirates Cove and Topac, just 25-minute boat ride to Pirates and 30 minutes to Topac. You can also get to these spots by car. Havasu is about a 50–60-minute car ride and Bullhead is about a 35–45-minute car ride. (Jet ski's and Boat pictured are NOT included) USE BOAT RAMP AND DOCK AT YOUR OWN RISK!! About an hour and 45 minutes from your favorite Las Vegas Hotels and Casinos!!

Loved staying at this unit, very new, clean, complete place to stay, great quiet spot with a nice beach and dock to hang out on with the family. The grass was also nice for the kids to run around on a bit. Loved our stay!

We go to the River 4-5 times per year and have been looking for that special, stay every time location AND THIS IS IT!! The property is on a double wide lot so we were on the left side and the owner's property and garage were on the right side. There is a sliding gate that needs to open to drive in, a lot of open area, ample parking, 100 yards to the water, ample shade areas by the water and two BBQ's! Inside the home was very clean and functional. The owners were there this past weekend and they are extremely nice and friendly. I would highly recommend that you make this place your next stop and you won't be disappointed!!

We had the best weekend with family and friends celebrating my husband’s 50th birthday. Property is even better than pictured. Host and family are amazingly gracious and made it very comfortable and lots of fun! Can’t wait to come back! 10/10

The owners are amazing people. Their communication is awesome & get back to you instantly if you have any questions. The house is clean & new. The beach is sandy and smooth, the dock to hold jet skis & a boat is very clean. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

This was a perfect location for us, close to Las Vegas, Laughlin, Kingman, Oatman, Lake Havasu and many more places. The house was clean, and had everything we needed. We would definitely come back again.

The location and the house were fantastic. Private beach and dock right on the water, and plenty of room for trailer parking. Close to Jack Smith launch ramps and all your river needs. Susan and family were great hosts and made the trip lots of fun and super easy. We’ll definitely be coming back. One tip - make sure GPS takes you into the community from Hwy 95 side - ours directed us from the north, but we figured it out.

Wow.. this rental surely did not disappoint. It is located on a beautiful lot with the owners Rick and Susan. They were very accommodating and welcoming. Everything from booking to check in/ check out went smoothly. Love the quiet, private gated community with river front views. The house had everything we needed.. newly remodeled, tv’s in every room with some very comfy beds. The riverfront area had a nice gazebo providing shade while we enjoyed the sandy beach. Thank you for an awesome river trip.. can’t wait to come back!!

This was my first time in this area of the river, I have been to many other parts and this is a great area. The house is located in a private community and did not disappoint. Check in was easy and we came later at night. Susan had set us up with everything we needed. Private quiet house with own beach and shared dock with owner who is next door. Owners were there with their family and they were welcoming and very nice. The neighboring owners were also very nice. The place felt like our own and it was very comfortable. The house was spotless and completely renovated. We had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. The dock is tricky with the current and the owners had let us know best practices or to launch at Jack Smith. Thank you again Susan and Rick, we will be back.
