We really liked that the reception was open 24/7 and the guy was very frendly and helpfull. The location was not too bad but it was like 15/20 minutes from metro but you dont really need it. Our room was cleaned throught the day and every time we came back it was clean.
The location is close to the Termini Station which is good and bad because around the termini its a bit scary and i wouldnt recommend getting something too close to it this is good because its not that close to the termini. I wouldnt say its worth the money but when i think about how this is one of the cheapest its good for what it is. One more oroblem is that the lift is small and spooky so we went with stairs every time and our room was on the third floor. And the biggest problem was how small the shower cabin was and how hard it was to get the oerfect temperature water

Staff were really helpful. Location is brilliant- 15 mins walk from Termini down one straight road. 10 mins walk from Manzoni metro station. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. Basic for sure, but for an absolutely incredible price!!
Could hear the trams through the window quite loudly, but we ended up being so tired we slept through it anyway! It would be good if there was a water tap to fill up bottles in the hotel - we asked but they said they didn't have one.
