Exceptional stay – Highly recommended! We moved to this hotel after a bad experience elsewhere, and we couldn't be happier with our decision! Although breakfast was not originally included in our booking, the staff kindly offered us free breakfast, which was such a wonderful and generous surprise for us. The hotel was extremely clean, and the staff were incredibly attentive, polite, and welcoming throughout our stay. They even let us store our luggage for free after check-out. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend staying here!

Good location. Close to Termini & bus stop is 200 mtrs. Staffs are wonderful, sweet and friendly.
AC wasn’t working. But it was manageable as everything else was good.

Front desk staff were exceptional. Khadija (maybe misspelled) went above and beyond to make us welcome. Location close to the station was excellent for our visit but don’t walk it with heavy luggage the cobbles do not make it easy. The breakfast and coffee provided by the management at no cost was a nice surprise.
The air conditioner in our room never came on although it was set at 73.
