Good location. Not very center but not far amd good restaurant zone nearby. Newly built and functioning well. Breakfast was really good.
Could find some shortcomings in design and choice of materials. It is not international chain hotel standard. But it is not a major issue while hotel is fresh

The hotel itself is nice, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. They provide useful amenities such as toothbrushes, razors, and other accessories. There is also a swimming pool at the hotel.
The breakfast was good. The surroundings are pleasant, and there is a small supermarket nearby, which is very convenient.
All in all, we had a good stay and enjoyed our time at the hotel.
The hotel is a bit far from the city centre, but getting around by taxi is very easy and convenient. Taxis are also quite affordable, so the distance was not a major issue for us.

After many nights in basic accommodation traveling through the Stan countries, this hotel was a welcome surprise. Spacious room, comfortable bed, good quality linen, very friendly staff, great shower and bathroom, we couldn't have asked for more. Did not have breakfast, so cannot judge. We were also allowed to leave some luggage at the hotel while traveling to Samarkand and coming back to Panarams.

The staff members were eager to help and responded quickly when I asked to change the beds in the room. However, the issue originated with the hotel itself, as I had paid for four proper beds—one king-size and two twins. Upon checking in, I was given only a king-size bed and a foldable bed, which was not what I had reserved.
When I inquired about the airport shuttle, I assumed it would be free, as indicated on Booking.com. However, I was informed that it would cost 350,000 Uzbek sums. Since ordering a taxi through my phone cost only 50,000 sums, I decided to cancel the shuttle and arrange transportation on my own. Despite this, the next morning, when my mother (who was staying with me) checked out, she was told she needed to pay 350,000 sums for the shuttle service. Only after the staff reviewed the situation did they acknowledge that I had indeed cancelled the request the night before. Unfortunately, no apology was offered to my mother for the mistake.
