This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. I took a bet at the 8.7 / 10 rating. But, I am leaving with a definite 10/10.
The hotel has fully modern (by Western standards) look and feel to it. It's very comfortable and most client offices I visited were within 4-5 km from here.
The price is very reasonable for the quality of accommodation and, especially, for the breakfast you get. As a vegetarian, I fulfilled my entire quota for the day of my proteins, vegetables and fruits with this one breakfast.
100% value for money.
1. The neighbourhood is rather boring; it's a primarily residential neighbourhood.
2. The fridge stops working when you leave the room.

Брал комнату для себя одного, комната очень маленькая, даже чемодан на полу разложить сложно. Душевая правда большая. Убирали чисто. Завтраки нормальные, но ел в 7:00 постоянно, был маловато ассортимент.
Из минусов: не работал кран в умывалльнике, вообще не открывался. Выезжал рано утром, просил заранее собрать мне еду с собой (при заселении сами предложили, т.к. рано выселяюсь, на завтрак не успеваю), но мне ничего не собрали.
