We loved everything about the stay. It was the perfect place to stay when we had just come off a long flight and wanted some rest. The rooftop pool, sauna, snow room, hammam rooms were incredible. The breakfast was the best out of all the places we stayed in Uzbekistan - I would highly recommend. The staff were present 24/7 and always very supportive and attentive. I would highly recommend this place.
The only thing which was extremely minor is the shower would leak out which soaked the bath mat but it wasn’t really a massive issue overall. Nothing else - it was really perfect!

We stayed here twice (first when we landed and second the night before we left). We booked it twice because we loved it so much! Again, I would highly recommend staying here. I ordered two spa treatments on my last day which was the perfect end to our stay and very reasonably priced compared to other countries and both were good. Lovely place and room to make yourself feel at home and prepare before your flight home.
We arrived at 9am after a very long train ride but check in wasn’t until 3pm. We did ask if there was any movement in terms of check in time but the women on the desk said no, we would have to pay 50% of a nights stay. We were only staying until midnight so would only be using the room from 3pm - midnight anyway but because we were exhausted we paid extra to get in immediately. I understand check in was 3pm but it might have been nice if there was some flexibility or consideration to the fact we weren’t actually going to end up even staying overnight yet we ended up paying for 1.5 nights so it became very expensive for the amount of hours we were actually there. Overall, I guess we knew it was 3pm check in but just might have been a nice gesture if there was any movement with that.
