Situated in Telluride, this charming condo for $309 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Conveniently located right in Telluride town, alongside the beautiful San Miguel River, just 200 yards from lift #7, ⛷ (so it's a quick walk to load onto the chairlift and then you can actually ski right down to your place!) This spacious recently remodeled light and bright corner unit is a rare find in Telluride. The unit features new hardwood floors, updated furniture, art and decor, and a cozy fireplace in the living room. One king bedroom, one shower bath (w/separate toilet room for privacy) Plus a queen size sofa-sleeper in the living room. Sliding doors between bedroom and living room can be pull closed to create two separate sleeping or hanging spaces. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, breakfast bar, sitting area with sofa & coffee table, flat-screen TVs in bedroom and in living room, and the sweet little fireplace adds to the cozy, romantic ambiance summer and winter. Blackout shades. Abundant closet and drawer space. Common BBQ and picnic area just outside by the river and two brand new outdoor hot tubs with new landscaping, and they're just a minute's walk down the hallway from your place. *****PARKING!********Ample free parking. You may choose to park in the inn courtyard parking lot or at the CarHenge free parking lot, both lots have parking spaces that are right outside of the unit. (Personally, I prefer the carhenge lot. Its generally less crowded. Feel free to plug "carhenge free parking lot" into your navigation. Once there, turn left into the parking lot, drive to the last row, turn right and halfway up that row is the best place to park. You will see the little walking path into the Inn and your unit is right in front of you. Great, if you have groceries and luggage and stuff.) both parking. Lots are available to our guests. This lovely unit is just 2 blocks from the grocery store, and a short walk to the one-of-a-kind free gondola or to the center of historic Telluride town. The river trail is just outside your door and offers a delightful walking path along the river that meanders all alongside town and beyond, or you can walk 1/2 block to catch the free Galloping Goose shuttle all ocer town if you prefer to ride. Complimentary wifi is included. Coin laundry is available on site. One parking spot comes with the unit; please let us know if you have more than one vehicle so we can give you parking instructions.. There is an additional charge for more than two people staying in the unit, please inquire. Jennifer, the owner, was absolutely fantastic! Super communicative, helpful, timely with responses and genuinely seemed to care about our trip and stay. Would highly recommend. The unit was exactly as advertised. Super cute, well-appointed and provided everything my husband and I needed. The pros were the location, size, bed was so comfortable, fireplace, and owner communication. We hope to stay again!

Permit me, if you will, to paint a verbal landscape of a recent stay of marvel in the Rocky Mountains' splendid embrace. Nestled like an unassuming jewel in the bosom of the grand landscape of Telluride we discovered a condo, beautiful in aspect, equal in art, and exquisite in comfort.
It is a freshly remodeled sanctuary, with an allure so palpably delightful that it engages the senses. The living quarters, adorned with a lustrous patina of dark hardwood floors, possess an almost hypnotic effect, deeply immersing the observer in their rich, soothing aura.
The gas fireplace stands as an inviting sentinel in this domicile of serenity. As the evening chill descends, carried by the crisp mountain air, it cracks and hums alive - a warm vibrato against the night's melody. The dancing flames behind the glass pane cast an urbane, flickering glow, twinkling against the lustrous hardwood canvas – an enchanting ballet of light and shadow, warmth and comfort.
Only a short saunter from this homely abode, and you find yourself captivated by the ceaseless charm of the local river. Cheekily winking through the colorful dress of the Golden Aspens, it guides our journey towards the town's steadfast gondola. The river walk, especially beneath the sacred spells of October, whispers narratives hitherto unheard by the ears, but deeply felt within the abode of the soul. One might say it's not just a walk, but a pilgrimage back to nature.

We had a great time. Check in was a little difficult. The door to the building was locked and we couldn't get in. Luckily we got a code from another person staying at the hotel. The office had closed early. Would be a good idea to give the door code to the arriving party in advance to avoid this in the future. We recommend this room to anyone looking for a good place to stay.

We really enjoyed this stay. The condo was spotless and very comfortable for the 2 of us. The location was perfect, especially if you park in the Carhenge Parking Lot as it is right next to the condo as well as gives your great access to Lift 7. Your car becomes your own personal ski valet!
The host is very responsive and does her best to ensure a great stay. We had one minor issue in check-in as the exterior door was locked and we then had to go to office to get code. My husband and I enjoy long weekends in Telluride every year and prefer staying in town vs. Mountain Village. We park our car and only move it if we are hiking outside of town. This unit is very walkable to all that you could want and need with restaurants, a grocery store, the Gondola etc. close by. The unit itself is a corner unit on the ground floor. It provides lots of natural lighting and the black out blinds work great. It overlooks the parking lot and path between two parking lots, so if you are looking for views or privacy this should be considered. We did not have to open the windows as it was cold enough outside. There is noise from the parking lot and upstairs unit. Neither were an issue during sleeping hours. Most importantly, the property manager is very communicative, friendly and helpful.

I'm always a bit anxious about staying at a new or recently new listing but was pleasantly surprised. The unit is nestled away in a very quiet area of Telluride yet within a short walking distance of the grocery store, bars, restaurants, and trailheads. And, since we drove in, has ample parking. Jennifer, the owner, was readily available to answer our questions and offer advice about where to go and what to do. The unit has been updated and is very clean and comfortable. Great for a couple, small family, or foursome of friends. I highly recommend.

This is a beautiful condo with lovely appointments. It is on the first floor and I was afraid it might be noisy so close to parking, but it was not. The manager was very attentive, texting to see if we needed anything and when the parking pass had not been left in the condo, she had someone quickly bring one to us. My husband loved the fireplace, it was so relaxing. And I fell in love with one of the decorative pillows, which I wished I could have brought home with me. Sigh. It was close to the River Walk and about a 5 minute walk to town where we found plenty of restaurants, shops, and a great coffee house. It was also a short walk to the free gondola, which we took to the ski village at Telluride. There we found more restaurants and shops. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The scenery is beautiful. Can only say good things. Loved our stay.

This is a well decorated, beautiful condo, perfectly located near the river and walking trails. Every morning I would wake up and take the 60 second stroll to the trail along the river to go get coffee and a bagel. Incredibly relaxing! The place has everything I need, including a great coffee maker. Just prefer the short walk along the river. Exceptionally clean, it has obviously been newly remodeled. New linens for the beds and nice furniture and appointments. Great value. Jennifer is amazing to work with. She was very nice and accommodative. Will definitely rent from her again!

Really enjoyed my stay, I've vacationed in Telluride many times and I would definitely go back and stay in this room rental again. Jennifer, the Property Manager was very helpful and made everything easy and the room was in great shape for my arrival. Everything was very comfortable and I had everything I needed. I absolutely would recommend this rental to others.
