The owners were easy to communicate with and were very welcoming when we arrived. Very friendly and helpful. They pointed out the main things we needed to know and let us know how to contact them if there were any questions etc.
The house is very comfortable and has everything you need and everything worked. . Very clean. The wifi was very good , the shower excellent and the beds very comfortable. There is also a downstairs toilet which saves always going upstairs There is a large garage for parking the car with direct access into the house. There is a nice terrace with seating at the front of the house and terrace / balcony areas from both the living area and bedrooms.
Set slightly back from the main road into town . The road is not particularly busy and we didn't notice the traffic. One advantage is that there is a Spar supermarket opposite so no need to go shopping in the car. It is also close to the old town and has a good view up to the castle. About a mile from Marca- Falset railway with infrequent services to Tarragona etc
Falset itself is a pretty small town with some lovely old buildings, narrow cobbled streets and is worth exploring. Some uphill sections but worth the effort . Particularly nice to stroll around in the evening. It has a nice relaxed atmosphere and the people are very friendly.
It was very hot when we there and possibly an extra air-conditioning unit in the living area may have helped to keep the temperature down more easily.

Exceptional house, home from home with everything you need. Also the host had left a few things there for us before we arrived which was unexpected.
Host easy to contact if we had any questions and replied quickly. Lovely location as well, SPA shop across the road very handy as well.
