As for the cost-benefit, Baig's GH, has everything you need for your stay, plus hot water with good pressure. The location is good, near to the city, and has all (supermarkets, restaurants, shops, park and beaches, etc) around you within walking distance.
Nothing at all. Of course, the power and water outage were local government issue/fault, the failure to keep infrastructure up-to-date.

Foi tudo excelente. Combinei o transfer e estavam me esperando quando cheguei, combinei tudo por WhatsApp tranquilamente. O café da manhã preparado pela Salama era maravilhoso, tudo sempre fresco. Quarto grande e bem limpo.

Big room, no mosquitoes, can leave luggage
Several electricity blackouts whoch lasted for a few hours. Very bad communication, they barely answer if you send them messages via booking or WhatsApp
