West Coast Vista 3C is a renovated top-floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo designed for families, couples traveling together, or guests who simply appreciate a little extra room to spread out. The split floor plan includes two separate living areas and balconies on both sides of the condo, giving you Gulf views and sunsets on one side and Intracoastal views on the other.
The Gulf-front living and dining area opens directly to the beachfront balcony—an ideal spot for morning coffee, meals outdoors, or watching the sun set over the Gulf. Inside, the fully equipped kitchen features granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, and the separate laundry room includes a full-size washer, dryer and utility sink.
The primary bedroom features a King bed with a new Stearns & Foster mattress (2026), en suite bathroom, TV, ceiling fan and direct access to the Gulf-front balcony. The second bedroom offers two Queen beds, TV, ceiling fan and access to the Intracoastal-side balcony. A second living area provides additional seating and its own TV, making the layout especially convenient for families or two couples.
West Coast Vista offers direct beach access, a beachside heated pool with loungers and a charcoal grilling area. The condo sleeps up to 6 guests. Saturday-to-Saturday rentals year-round. No smoking, pets or events.

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.
Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.
Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.
Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
