Very clean and big room with a private bathroom. Very comfortable mattress and pillows. The deluxe room was with a good furniture and after cosmetic repairs. The area is very cool, inside the forest, air is very clean and fresh. In the territory there are barbecue place and spots for kids. The people mostly are very kind, especially cleaner ladies. Thank you.

If you are travelling without auto it really hard to reach property. Especially on the night, we spent almost 1 hour to find them, very huge territory and small signs(visible only on daylight) with direction. Wi-Fi is very low and bad. There are no any microwave or kitchen accessories. For free is only a tea, coffee was for additional charge, but it’s not mentioned anywhere, the lady was rude and told us that we need to pay for it and charged x3 amount of basic price.

Clean room.

The room smelled too strong of air freshener.The morning demolition work in the building startled the whole family.It was very difficult to find the building in the dark.

Sterile clean, beautiful room, quiet, parking available, free tea and coffee. Advise.

Everything about this place is positive..... it's the only place I will stay when I come to Warsaw 4 times a year.

There is nothing I didn't like.... This place is so good I don't wanna tell anybody about it....

The beds were okay .

The room was terrible. No air circulation. Everything was old with dirty walls and thin "see through curtains". The bathroom was really small and smelled like someone had been throwing up there. The view from the window looked like a junkyard

The room looks nothing like the picture. It is located deep inside the forest and finding the location is very difficult. I was scared to enter at first. The reception smells like a very dirty toilet, I couldn’t even breathe well. It’s a complete scam. I could not stay a night , so I asked for a refund but I couldn’t get it. I had to leave and look for another hotel to stay in. We all know that booking a hotel on the same day it is needed is usually very expensive. My whole experience at this hotel was horrible. It’s almost ruined my whole vacation. I’m happy I left:(

property is close to the road closed teritory. the beds were realy good and clean. and the staff was really nice. we forgot our shampoo, i asked, they told me they dont have, then after 15 min staff knocked at the door and offered us shampoo she had found some. so yeah that is really nice. you have to be prepared to take your shampoo here. But overall its good place for the price we got to stay overnight and then continue your trip.

i dont know why but we had a cold water in our room. And the room was a bit different in pictures but or the price its good place to stay for the night.

Good location, warm place, clean towels and bedding.

Poor sound insulation, clogged sink, there was no shelf and hanger in a bathroom, no night curtains in one bedroom. The wardrobe with hangers were not suitable for use.

Clean room with clean bed, private shower and toilet. Friendly staff.

It was hot in the room even with open window. Noisy road outside. There are no curtains on the window.

I was surprised with the room, for such a price. The space was good, there was a big mirror, clean bathroom, comfortable bed, a common kitchen with everything you would need (like coffee, tea, sugar, cups etc.). Just if you are sensitive with noise or light you should have earplugs and eye mask. The receptionist was very friendly and sweet.

It would be nice that the room would have night curtains.
