Appartamento situato in Carrer Mayor, nel pieno centro di Alicante. A circa 10 min a piedi si arriva a Playa de Postiguet, tutte le altre attrazioni sono veramente vicino e ci si può muovere comodamente a piedi! La casa ha tutto il necessario! Durante il soggiorno ci siamo accorti che il phon nn funzionava: l'host, XAVI, ha prontamente provveduto a comprarne uno nuovo. Era presente una macchinetta del caffè(e cosa nn scontata, c'erano anche le cialde!), diversi ombrelloni per la spiaggia, teli mare, giochi per bambini per la spiaggia, creme solari, creme doposole, shampoo e bagnoschiuma, lavatrice.
Che dire? Non mancava nulla!
Nonostante l'appartamento sia in centro al primo piano, coi doppi vetri i rumori non si sentono!

Appartamento molto bello, in una posizione centralissima, vicina al mare, presenti molti comfort, asciugamani, lenzuola e ombrelloni, per noi essenziali viaggiando in aereo dove non è possibile portare molto. Anche se l’appartamento si trova in pieno centro è molto silenzioso e climatizzato. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, non ci è mancato nulla.

Location is everything. 5 minutes away from Playa Postiguet, 2 minutes from Town Square Plaza, 1 floor away from restaurants and bars.
The soundproofing stops the street noise effectively
Very comfortable beds, that is very important to get a good rest
What you don’t see in the pictures is a vent shaft where you can dry towels and beachwear, where we found 4 sun umbrellas
Very responsive and nice host
Very small bathroom but as I understand the buildings are all built like that in this area
Very small tv but didn’t watch to much anyway
