Completely remodeled home centrally located in West Boise near shopping, dining and entertainment. This stylishly decorated 1500 sq ft home has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths and sleeps 9 comfortably. Tons of amenities! Fully equipped kitchen, full size laundry room, large private shaded backyard with seating area with parking in driveway & garage access. As a bonus there is a well-kept neighborhood playground across the quiet street. You enter the home into the bright, beautiful living room that has a large comfy sectional couch and a 65” ROKU TV where you can easily access all your streaming accounts. The bar area has 4 barstools and looks into the kitchen making it feel very open and inviting. The dining area has a table that can easily be converted to accommodate more guests and has 4 chairs. Upstairs is a Master Suite with King size bed & full bathroom with a ton of space for your personal items. Hotel quality towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided for you. There is also a cozy seating area and a large walk-in closet with hangers to make yourself at home. On the main level there are two bedrooms with comfortable quality queen beds and large closets with luggage stands and hangers. The third bedroom has a twin over queen bed with the same quality mattresses you find throughout the house. The 2nd bathroom is also on the main level stocked with hotel quality towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap as well as a hairdryer. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience with an iron and ironing board too. The private shaded backyard has a seating area that creates a great spot to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Parking available on the street, in the driveway and garage access as well

We rented this property for our family to stay during a wedding. Everything was great and it was conveniently located! We all had room to spread out and it was great to have a kitchen and yard to use-all for less than a hotel stay. We would definitely rent here again! Brie was great to work with as well.

We stayed at the house during Graduation weekend. It was a very easy drive to campus. The neighborhood is quiet and located in a great area with lots of restaurants, markets and shopping close by. The house is very clean and very comfirtable. Brie is easy to communicat with. She had left a Congrats balloon and a bottle champagne to celebrate my sons graduation. We had a great weekend !!

Cute, comfortable, and always spotless. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay—full kitchen with coffee and coffee maker, TV with all apps, laundry, extra blankets, and nice toiletries. The home also offers the ability to park in the garage. It’s in a great, central location—close to Eagle Road shopping. And a nice bottle of wine is always waiting. Highly recommended.

Perfect in every way!

Perfect! Everything exceeded our expectations; the host, the house, the neighborhood. We unexpectedly had to stay in Boise due to an accident that required emergency surgery. We were so fortunate to find this house and our amazing host! The host was extremely accommodating, and truly went above and beyond that call of duty in regards to insuring we had everything that we needed to be comfortable. She was thoughtful and quick to respond; we really felt like we had a friend to lean on during this difficult time. The house itself is super cute, absolutely spotless, has a wonderful layout with a full bath and bedrooms on the first floor, along with a gorgeous master suite upstairs. The sectional sofa and beds are very comfortable, all of the linens are high quality, and the house has cool & tasteful decor. The kitchen is well equipped and has worked perfectly even for more involved meals. The bbq grill and patio have been awesome for us! I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and the park, as well as walking to the grocery store which just is minutes away. Yes, everything was perfect in every way!
