We loved our stay at this hotek. Everything was beautifully designed, clean and very well maintained. We were also upgraded to better room with no extra charge, which was such a lovely surprise.
The staff were extremely polite, caring and genuinely positive.
They also surprise us with a cake and small treats in the room, such a toughtfull touch.
Overall wonderfull as always, we love staying at Mövenpick ♥️

Very nice place
Shisha place out side and it’s too hot even if there’s water A/C
And the time for shisha start 5:00pm if possible to start at least 9:00 AM

Facilities were amazing and so is the location. I liked how clean it was too and the staff were really helpful.
I didn't like the check in process. Check in is at 3pm but I didn't get my room till around 4.15 I saw others waiting a long time too. I think it's best to change the check in time to 4 so their isn't a back log? Or streamline the check out process so rooms are readily available. Customers want to check in as soon as possible especially after a long journey. Also i was given late check out but it wasn't even noted on the system. Someone had to add that on after I told the staff how long it took for them to check us in. Unsure if I would come back would rather try another hotel. The check in really disappointed alot to the point it put me off the hotel. Also I gave my feedback to the staff but unsure Mr Sunshine took ot well or not. I mentioned it's better to be honest rather than give a false time.
Also the lighting in the room was really bad. They really need to add some lights into the room instead of just adding lamps everywhere!! Terrible decision.
