The resort has excellent facilities for family weekend the beach and pool room size were perfect. The stuff were very welcoming specially Mr Badr in reception upgraded our stay and was very friendly.
To be honest the full stay was amazing no complain maybe a point of more improvement can be having more activity in the pool area or some DJ with nice music

Facilities were amazing and so is the location. I liked how clean it was too and the staff were really helpful.
I didn't like the check in process. Check in is at 3pm but I didn't get my room till around 4.15 I saw others waiting a long time too. I think it's best to change the check in time to 4 so their isn't a back log? Or streamline the check out process so rooms are readily available. Customers want to check in as soon as possible especially after a long journey. Also i was given late check out but it wasn't even noted on the system. Someone had to add that on after I told the staff how long it took for them to check us in. Unsure if I would come back would rather try another hotel. The check in really disappointed alot to the point it put me off the hotel. Also I gave my feedback to the staff but unsure Mr Sunshine took ot well or not. I mentioned it's better to be honest rather than give a false time.
Also the lighting in the room was really bad. They really need to add some lights into the room instead of just adding lamps everywhere!! Terrible decision.
