Excelente.

Ótima hospedagem em Ras Al Khaimah. Gostamos do quarto, do café da manhã e de todas as instalações da hospedagem. Café da manhã com uma variedade ampla para atender vários perfis de hospedes.

Good value for a short stay.

The room was very spacious.

It is hard to locate via GPS as there are no clear signages or branding. Even though the room itself was spacious, the shower area was very small.

Liked the beach.. Waterfront.. Size of the room was fine breakfast was sumptuous

A few facilities were provided when asked. Refrigerator was missing. Aircon needs to be looked at as was not working properly.

Noisy.

The staff, everyone was very nice and helpful

It's all lie, basically. They said it has 2 pools, but one of its not working. They said it has parties in the beach bar, which is closed at 18h. They say there is a pool party: pool was closed at 20h. And there it goes..... Just a bunch of lies. Besides that, the hotel was under maintenance, so the pool and the beach had this lousy noise during the whole day. I understand the need to maintain the place, but we should be aware of what to expect. I feel fooled.

Superb

We loved the hotel. The main reason why we selected this property was that we wanted to have a staycation with our dog and there aren't too many options in the country for that. This hotel is pet-friendly! Also, we got a very good deal on the all-inclusive and we were delighted with the room upgrade, which was graciously offered to us by the staff. The one bedroom apartment is HUGE, the kitchen is massive, the living room, the foyer, the bedroom, everything was perfect! We had to pay a little extra to get our dog but that's okay, we were happy to just have him there with us. Their beach bar is the best, and the pool bar too. The service was excellent. All the staff was very attentive, and friendly, and kind to us. The beach is also amazing, it's really long. The vibe was very relaxed and we had a great staycation! We got an early check-in, they were kind to us to enjoy our meal at the beachside barbecue because the main restaurant didn't allow dogs indoor and the terrace was too hot in the afternoon, we got a complementary upgrade and the restaurant staff was extremely nice! All in love, we loved it! Special shout out to Anurag, Margaret, Abdul & Rodel from the staff, thank you!

Only a few comments: 1. Their rules about 'dogs barking' in the room is quite unfair and unreasonable. Our dog was very calm and quiet but for 5 seconds, as soon as he barked, the staff came to tell us to make him quiet else guests might complain. I think if you are a pet-friendly hotel, you need to understand that dogs are dogs, and they will bark! As long as they're not creating a huge ruckus, there should be some understanding on that! 2. In the all inclusive package, we were told that alcohol service begins at 3 pm and ends at 12 pm next day. However, we weren't informed that the next day, it doesn't begin before 11 am. Complete information would have been helpful for us! 3. There is no option or information about the dogs on booking.com. The fact that only specific rooms can accomodate the dogs and there's an extra charge of 200 dhs per dog, would have been nice to have before booking! As well as other rules (dogs now allowed poolside, etc).

Tis is good and affordable place in RAK... Sstaff is really very nice and polite Especially the receptionist Mr Andrew from Uganda...he did the best and we got an amazing room...Thanyou Andrew!

We got upgraded to a bigger room.

We couldn't get a late check out. We had a package booked with fullboard, but upon check out we had a problem having lunch. The reception made it a problem then we were suppose to sign papers at check in however we didn't. Then was given the wrong timing when lunch is and had to wait 1 hour after check out to have dinner which was really inconvenience. The food was average, not a variety for dinner or breakfast. Lunch was a bit okay.

Excellent. I would recommend it to my friends.

Staff were really nice and professional. The facilities of the Hotel are modern and clean. I liked what they did with the landscape design of it wherein there are still green grasses with Hammock and with Coconut trees planted, kinda give the tropical vibes going into the Beach. Towels are also easy to acquire on the pool and beach. The Buffet breakfast was also good with a lot of options. Moreover the checkout process was swift as performed by Ms. Tatiana.

Need to put more signs of direction going to Gym. I had a hardtime looking for it.

We liked the swimming pools, although they need renovation, and we liked the beach location.

The cleanliness of the room was awful, and when we complained about it, the staff just smiled in our face and asked what else!!!

Big and clean rooms. Good swimming pools. Beautiful garden. Very good view. Good food.

Under staffed. Staff looked exhausted. Hardly any staff had a smile on their face as they looked tired. Bit of a long wait at the reception when checking in and out. Pools are not heated so they close them by 6 PM. So if when you check in by 3, there is hardly any time for a swim. Sea is freezing cold, so beach was not an option in the evening.

Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel is excellent. We took an all inclusive package. We ended up in 3 studio rooms. Rooms were clean and spacious. The view from the room was nice.

Housekeeping and maintenance need to definitely improve. There was a bit of confusion with the booking of the rooms. The system allowed me to upgrade , however just before reaching there, I was informed the upgrade couldn't be utilised. The meal options need to cater to Asian nationalities too. I was overcharged during check-in and I received a callback saying the excess would be refunded. I am still waiting for the excess to be refunded.

The beach and pools were nice and the staff was really helpful.

Rooms were old. The bedsheets and comforter were dirty, looked like blood. Called the front desk and they sent someone up right away to change. No TV in the bedroom. Only enough hot water for one shower.

Greetings, I have one comment the bathrooms need more maintenance also I have one complaint I left dishes one of them was a glass for my friend to pick it from the hotel and they received the plate glass broken and they told them that we received it like that I put it by my self it wasn’t broken why he lied and embarrassed me with my friend it’s really a shame of your employees what he did and unprofessionally way of dealing with the mistakes

Nice beach, pool is fine. Close to golf club and mall. Very spacious room. Staff was quite helpful.

The bedroom had no windows, and the livingroom had tiny windows like those of a bunker. It was dark and a bit claustrofobic. The whole building felt a bit worn out. But still ok.

The beach front is amazing. Relaxation and peace of mind was abundant.

Location was very good. The rooms are very comfortable. My family had a very relaxing time on the beach.

The response for room service was very poor. If we needed to order anything we had to go ourselves to the kitchen to get it since no one ever responded to calls. Food options for vegetarians and vegans are very limited in the hotel. The hotel has a policy of cleaning rooms when guests are not there even if the guests don't want any cleaning done. This didn't go well with us and we had to be on constant alert when leaving the room.
