Beautiful place, easy with a baby
Late check out is expensive, no bins in the resort, staff not helpful enough in certain situations, no shop to buy basic stuff such as water, one place only to eat, having a car is essential.

Great location and very comfortable stay
Breakfast could be improved
The breakfast has a good selection of cheeses and fresh fruit, which is definitely a positive. However, the hot food selection is quite limited and repetitive. Every day there were essentially the same options: scrambled eggs and bacon. The choice of vegetables was also very limited, with only tomatoes available.

Beautiful location right on the bay with a restaurant on site. Nice rooms with a/c and some with a view of the water. Very tranquil private beach with comfortable loungers.
The rooms had issues with ants. When we complained about it instead of fixing the issue they just dismissed it and "that's how it is". They are equally laissez-faire when it comes to the loungers. Beach towels left on the chairs for hours leaves you not knowing which are being used or not. After 4 hours of waiting for a lounger in the shade (the curtains don't work) I moved some towels and set my things down. An hour later another guest threated me with physical violence. I reported it to the manager of the hotel but again nothing was done about either the lounger or the obvious safety concern.

Very professional and helpful staff. The highlight of our stay.
Lovely pool, surroundings (although some mess next to the car park) and the architecture of the place, the cabanas on the beach and two bathrooms in the house. Lots of space, interesting design.
Good strong showers and air conditioning that worked well.
The beach has really gritty and dirty looking sand. It seems to have a layer of finer sand underneath so I wonder what happened there.
I really didn’t get the idea to take out our rubbish ourselves. Why, at a hotel?? Also, it was not easy to open the gate to the bins at 4am in the dark and squeeze in between all the bins. We had to use a torch to read what each bin was for!
Perhaps the most important thing that slightly ruined our stay. It became a nursery during our stay from 27.5-1.6. There was no information about the fact it was a family “resort” and there were hardly any facilities for children, but somehow the resort seemed to have only families as guests except for us. And we also had a view at the kids facilities obstructing the view to the pool. We were in 12 (=12A) - constantly in the shade. No sun on the terrace until 7pm. We were hoping for a relaxing stay - we had books with us we practically didn’t touch because it was so noisy at the pool and on the beach. Once we realised, we avoided staying at the property which means £250 a night we paid was a waste of money. The bed was small and creaky and the mattress uncomfortable. No proper wardrobe. No full-length mirror. No salt, pepper and olive oil which we had to buy even though there was a kitchen. Dark throughout the house but very bright bulbs hanging over night tables that should have shades given their purpose. One hanger in the bathroom. Hardly any sockets, especially in the kitchen. We had to constantly unplug the kettle to use the toaster or coffee maker.
Not great pillows or duvet - synthetic ones - too hard and big or too soft. No toiletries except for shower gel and soap in the bathroom. Dispensers not matching and chipped. I would hope for more paying £250 per night.
No tables with the beds at the pool. cabanas had no curtains on the beach. Lots and lots of things we found rather unacceptable especially at this price tag.
