Fantastic Location, great beach, great staff, nice food!

Comfy rooms, staff was very friendly, the hotel beach is amazing.
The dinner menu for the main restaurant was a bit repetitive.
I noticed the bedroom was mostly clean, but the dirty grout and the blood stains on my duvet could be better addressed.
I wish the beach chairs at the first row were available without extra payments.

Perfect beach. Large hotel. Nice golf car taxi service. Very large room.
We experienced serious service issues at the resort’s restaurants. At the Grill Restaurant near the beach, the staff refused to serve us at 2:00 p.m., even though the restaurant was officially open until 3:00 p.m.
The following day, we booked the Pizza Restaurant. Despite it being only half full, we waited more than an hour just for a waiter to approach our table and take our order.
In conclusion, this resort may be marketed as a five-star property, but its restaurant service remains at a three-star level. I would not recommend paying extra or booking these restaurants, as the service does not justify the cost. However, the buffet restaurant was good and provided a much better experience.
